Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, with several positive mentions of specific employees like Cindy Hu. The hotel's location is convenient, close to shopping and attractions. Many found the rooms and common areas clean and well-maintained, especially on renovated floors. Breakfast received good feedback for quality and variety. However, there were some concerns about aging facilities, language barriers, and occasional maintenance issues, but the positive service and amenities often outweighed these drawbacks.
