Out-of-the-way location with lowest ratesPros:Lowest available rental rate online and even slightly cheaper when I actually picked up the car. Counter agent was courteous. Offered an upgrade from compact car to a Jeep, which I declined.Cons:Counter agent was slow and not well-trained on the software. Pros:Great luxurious car for our trip Easy processing when getting and returning the car Friendly and supportive staff at the Dollar Office in CanadaCons:Additionele insurance for potential damage to the rental car had to be added to the amount to be paid.
