I never got to rent the car I drove 1 hour and half to get to the airport where I was then told I had to have a credit card which when i made the reservation yall let me use a debit and didn't inform me I had to have full coverage and on top of all that the employees were really rude about it embarrassed me and you put my money o. Extremely poor. Dollar failed to disclose critical return restrictions before pickup. My confirmation email explicitly stated a same-day return at 9:00 PM, but upon arrival I was told the office would close at noon, be closed all day Sunday, and that I would be charged an extra day because returns would not be processed until Monday. This information was never disclosed during booking. I was informed only at the counter, when I had no time to change plans without missing a time-sensitive event. I was effectively forced to accept a longer and more expensive rental than what I agreed to. Even though the car was physically returned on Saturday via after-hours drop-off, I was still charged for an additional day due to Dollar’s internal processing policy. Really bad experience. It was truly a horrible experience. I rented a car online, selecting the model with the features and price I wanted, but when I arrived at the agency, they gave me a smaller, cheaper car with different features. In addition, I had to wait around 40 minutes due to a mistake they made with a customer who arrived just before me. She was also unhappy because we paid for one car and they gave us a different one.
