Pros: Got an upgrade as a really good price when I got to the counter, and after 18inches of snow I was really glad I did.
Cons: The seats were very stained but it was fine.

Pros: The staff was friendly And did adjust the price due to the problems
Cons: The minivan we reserved they did not have. We had 6 people with luggage and had to settle for an SUV that could handle 5 people and some of our luggage the vehicle also had a cracked windshield. Luckily the family member we were visiting was able to pick up and return us to the airport

Pros: A smooth pick up and drop off process. I really liked the vehicle
Cons: The vehicle had been hastily cleaned and there were many greasy handprints and footprints on the passenger side dash. It also had been sprayed out, was dripping wet on the mats and underneath the plastic liner the carpet was soaked.

Terrible Tires
Pros: The car was delivered as advertised. Clean, well maintained and in good condition.
Cons: The tires were inadequate for the snowy and icy conditions. The car should have been equipped with all weather tires at the very least. It would have been safer and much more appropriate to have had studded snow tires installed.

Pros: The car was very nice. The agents were very apologetic for nobody being at the counter when they were supposed to be. They did offer a free gps for our rental car because of their error.
Cons: I was assured that somebody would be at the airport counter when we arrived. We arrived at 2:20 am, the counter was supposed to close at 2:30am. We were unable to get our car that day. We had to go back to the airport the next day.

Cons: I had to wait an hour to get my vehicle that was reserved. When i returned the vehicle they did not have a record of it since the numbers had been messed up and my vehicle showed it was already returned. Customer service during drop off was very poor

Cons: Workers were not quality employees. Did not seem to know what end was up. Told me to take the white SUV by the curb. The car was bright blue. The car was marginally clean. There were not employees working at drop off and no instructions as to what to do. An air port worker gave me instructions as to what needed to happen. A poorly run operation.
