Pros: Parking in a private garage with electric vehicle charging- very helpful.
Cons: Check out 11.30
Pros: Breakfast very adequate
Cons: Warning about transport if you have no car
Pros: We enjoyed the outside area at the hotel, especially on a warm Autumn evening to sit outside and enjoy the local champagne! Good range of food for breakfast and excellent service from the staff. The parking garage was ideal especially being under cover.
The entire staff is happy to welcome you in a magnificent mansion, situated in the heart of the city center, the capitale of Champagne and only at a few steps from the Avenue de Champagne. This situation places the hotel Jean Moët in the center of the main tourist attractions of the city and in the heart of the sparnacienne animation. It is built in building of the 18th Century. With its protected facade and its magnificent glass room of style 1800, called the winter garden, we welcome you in our tea room after your visits of the capitale of Champagne.
Pros: The building was nice and tastefully modified without losing its character. Staff were warm and very helpful.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was fine.
Cons: Attic room was not very comfortable too much time spent ducking roof beams.
Pros: Room was clean and the location was great.
Cons: The breakfast was very average - not what I would expect in France and coffee could be better.
Pros: The hotel is located right along Avenue de Champagne with plenty of dining options as well. Its proximity to the train station was a plus too!
Pros: Breakfast is excellent value at €15 to include cooked eggs. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Epernay. Parking was straightforward with the Hotel's assistance.
Pros: The hotel was nice and breakfast was 15 Euros a day and was pretty good.
Cons: The rate was a little high considering other people we met told me they got an entire apartment, two bedroom, two bathrooms for 120 Euros a night that included breakfast.
Pros: Great hotel with great staff - central and convenient.
With a stay at La Villa Eugène in Epernay, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Moet et Chandon and Mercier. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Everything about this hotel is perfection from the rooms to the bar and breakfast is amazing !
Pros: All staff we encountered were excellent - they cannot be faulted. The property is very well maintained.
Cons: The room charges are overpriced for what they are (there are much better places to stay nearer the centre of Epernay) Breakfast was poor value for money (very overpriced - $25 for a basic buffet where they don't even trust you with the Nespresso machine! The charge for parking was unexpected and again, poor value. The bar service of an evening is virtually non-existent (and again, incredibly expensive - think $40 for two large drinks) This is much more of a five star B&B and definitely not a five star hotel. The hotel owners seem to be penny pinching at every opportunity. We LOVED Epernay and will definitely be back...but will also stay elsewhere (Bergere on Avenue de Champagne looked excellent)
Pros: Everything it's a perfect place to stay. This is a repeat stay for us.
Pros: Comfortable room - nice bathroom Booked standard room and was surprised that we had a terrace.
Cons: There is nothing really to dislike but just a criticism! It really was a lovely surprise to have a terrace, which was large with only two small chairs & a table but it needs to be made more welcoming - maybe with the addition of sun loungers or shrubs.
Pros: Lovely restored old building. Beautiful room and garden. Plush presentation. Comfortable slippers, which we were given extra on exit, as well as a bottle of water.
Cons: No restaurant on site. Breakfast supplies low when we came to take eggs and bacon - we could have asked as as we heard other people do, but it’s the sense of generosity lacking in this. Only one bottle of water supplied in a room of two people. Rather pricey.
Cons: Breakfast was limited and not good value for money.
Pros: Location was close to town centre.
Cons: I booked a 'pay at the property' rate like I usually do. However upon booking, the hotel charged the full amount to my credit card. And then prior to checkin they charged the full amount plus EUR 100 again, and then they took the payment at the end. So essentially my card was charged three times for a one night stay. On both occasions when I questioned it, the hotel just told me to speak to my bank. I am still fighting with my bank to get the payments reversed on my statement.
With a stay at Le Relais de Saint Martin, you'll be centrally located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, within a 10-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, coffee/tea in a common area, and microwave in a common area.
This 19th-century mansion, now a 3-star hotel, is set in Epernay city centre, in the Champagne-Ardenne region. It offers classically elegant guest rooms and a garden with a terrace. Each guest room at Hotel Le Clos Raymi is individually decorated with 1930-style furniture, and some feature an ornamental fireplace. All rooms are heated and equipped with Satellite TV and a telephone. All of the private bathrooms include a bathrobe. A full breakfast buffet is served every morning at the Clos Raymi, which guests can enjoy on the terrace on sunny days. Hotel Le Clos Raymi provides free private parking on site, and is just 2 km from Epernay Train Station. The town of Reims with its cathedral is less than a 30-minute drive away. Maigret Park is only 650 metres from the hotel. Secure, private parking is possible on site.
Pros: Location was great and I enjoyed knowing the connection to the history of the property, although I only knew the history from reading on my own ahead of my stay -- there were no explanatory brochures or anything like that.
Cons: No shower curtain made showering an effort. Decor was strange -- modern art of dubious taste in such an historic building clashed. And why a framed photo of New York City in my room rather than something French? 18 Euros for breakfast seemed excessive for what is essentially a B&B, not a real hotel. Only one electrical outlet in the bedroom and that required unplugging the floor lamp. I was unable to charge my electronics at one time. No bar, no restaurant, no mini-bar. And why a framed photo of New York City in my room rather than something French? No ice without begging for four cubes from the kitchen. Found the woman in the reception office asleep at her desk at 2 in the afternoon. Beautiful garden would have been a nice place to enjoy a glass of champagne but there was no service and not a person (neither guest nor server) in sight. The whole place seems tired and run down.
Pros: Delightful old house, shame the interior was not in keeping
Cons: That the owners have used ultra modern sculptures, gaudy colour schemes that don’t work. It’s list it’s charm.
Cons: Staff were unpleasant and rude. We had no hot water for a shower. No offer to let us shower in a different room.
Cons: The management was poor ,the room was small. The breakfast was a rip off for 18 euros The staff were totally helpful inspiring in talking French when they knew we were English .In settling the bill room it clearly stated 190 Euro a night and we had paid 200.The hotel does not deserve to be in the Michelin guide .How Trip Advisor rate number 6 in Épernay I suggest they stay a night to experience how bad it is
Pros: Owners were excellent hosts and really looked after us. We had pre-booked a visit to Moet & Chandon so wanted to be within easy walking distance and this B&B was in a perfect location. Everything in town was in easy reach (no more than 10-15 mins). B&B is in a little oasis if calm and is a very beautiful typically french manoir. No lift though if you need one. Parking is in its own grounds with secure gates. All very safe and secure. Epernay itself is a great little town with a great vibe and very pretty. Really a lovely place to visit. Walking around all very safe with nice restaurants and beautiful architecture. We couldn’t fault the B&B. Breakfast also great. They also have a piano which my wife played and our hosts were really appreciative. Would definitely recommend this hotel/B&B.
Cons: Nothing to call out here. All very pleasant and we will definitely want to come back so see more of the area.
Pros: The house was lovely, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb. If it were anywhere else other than close to the avenue de champagne, this would be considered expensive.
Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in room, no shower curtain in bath.
Pros: Perfect place to stay on a visit to Epernay. Very nice small hotel with lovely Madame hosting the visitors. Excellent breakfast.
Pros: I liked the location and the Nice building We could park the car on the property

Our bar and snack service are open 24 hours a day. Treat yourself to our unlimited buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 10am during the week, and until midday on weekends and public holidays. Pros: Great location, secure car park very close by
Pros: Good selection of breakfast foods
Cons: The AC didn't seem to be working
Pros: The location was close to Avenue de Champagne. Room was clean and nicely furnished. No complaints to be made which is usually a positive sign.
Cons: Nothing to complain. We got what we wanted - nothing more, nothing less.
Pros: Comfy beds, good shower and quiet room
Pros: The hotel location was excellent as right in the town center. Also the car parking was near by and we felt safe to leave car there. Breakfast was excellent too.
Cons: They had duvet on the bed and therefore made sleeping uncomfortable. Although there was air condition, setting it was a challenge.
Pros: It was clean and functional. Very near the town centre.
Cons: The beds were hard with mattress toppers. My husbands fell off during the night. I woke up with backache.
With a stay at Hotel Le Colbert in Epernay, you'll be convenient to Castellane and Moet et Chandon. This hotel is within close proximity of Mercier and Perrier Jouet. Rooms Stay in one of 9 guestrooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and digital programming is available for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Dining Continental breakfasts are available daily from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM for a fee. Business, Other Amenities Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Check in was easy and nice shower, but that was about it.
Cons: Next time I would spend a little more and book better accommodation. The place needs new bedding. You could also hear everything outside your room, so not sound proof as they say.
Pros: Easy walk into the city center to the sights. Clean rooms, friendly owner. Did not have a chance to try the bar. Old style French hotel.
Cons: Only the pillows, but that's a gripe I have in a lot of hotels.
Pros: The rooms were cozy. Walking distance from the center of town. Breakfast was a nice traditional French breakfast. The hotel is nice place to stay while visiting the local Champagne houses.
Pros: Super nice host, very helpful with everything, gave us great tips. Basic room (clean and comfortable), basic breakfast, but overall really great for this price! Parking outside, short walk to the center.
Pros: The owner, Stephan, was incredibly nice and funny. The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: The toilet was a bit far down the hall.
Pros: Room was clean and spaceous and the staff really friendly although didn’t know any English. Still managed to get things sorted. Location was also good, short walking distance to Epernay. Free parking space!
Cons: Soundproofing could have been better, especially during the harvest time when the trucks start to drive during the evening. The breakfast being not included in the price came as a surprice upon payment, but didn’t mind since the breakfast was good.
Pros: The owner of the place was very friendly. When we arrived, there was 42 C outside, the room is nice but has no cooling. The owner opened the neighbouring room for us (which was fortunately not taken) and let the air flow through and that helped us to make our one night stay enjoyable. Nice and cool guy.
Cons: No vegan options for breakfast. But the coffee was good to start the day and find some vegan food in the local shop :)
Pros: Owner was very friendly and lovely. It was nice to have a car right by hotel.
Cons: There should be extra pillows in The room.
Hotel Kyriad Epernay is in the heart of Epernay, within a 10-minute walk of Castellane and Moet et Chandon. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good hotel close to amenities would stay again
Cons: Very basic and room was quite dated.
Pros: Well situated
Cons: Bar could have been better
Pros: Great location, around the corner fromAve De Champagne. The hotel had off street parking which was very handy since we drove to the Champagne Region. Beds were comfortable and had a good nights rest.
Cons: Our bathroom had no soap in both dispensers, shower and basin.Luckilywe had our own with us.Also the carpet was stained in places.
Pros: Breakfast was good, the staff were helpful
Cons: The shower was not very good
With a stay at Auberge Champenoise in Moussy, you'll be in the historical district, within a 10-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Le Ballon Captif d'Epernay. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: funny bathroom, like a tardis in the corner of the room
Pros: Food was fantastic .
Cons: Stairs lots of stairs
Pros: Staff were friendly and the restaurant was very busy but we managed to get a table and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was good and plentiful
Pros: It was cheap and cheap is what you got
Pros: Lovely, quiet location. Authentically French. Fabulous restaurant and reasonably priced. This is our third time here and certain to return. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pros: Bed and shower were fine. Diner excellent.
Cons: Breakfast poor and messy. Coffee not drinkable. Hotel needs renovation.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good room but with compartment bathroom. Secure undercover parking. Good evening meal and plenty for breakfast.
Located in the centre of Épernay, the capital of the Champagne region, Les Berceaux offers a Michelin-starred restaurant and en suite rooms. The train station is only an 8-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided and public parking is possible at a location nearby. All rooms are decorated in a contemporary style and feature a TV, wardrobe and heating. Guests can also sample the food in Le 7, a bistro-style restaurant on site. Montmirail Castle is a 40-minute drive away and Châlons-en-Champagne is 35 km from the hotel. Les Berceaux is 200 metres from Avenue de Champagne, where guests will be able to visit several champagne cellars.
Pros: . Good location.
Cons: Didnt feel as welcome here as some other places. 1 star Michelin restaurant seemed to ratchet up the the formality. But staff was professional. There was a problem with shower head. Some spots on carpet. Worst wifi signal I experienced in 2 weeks of travel. Also 4G signal in town was poor. Epernay may need to bring in more bandwidth.
Pros: Staff were great in the reception & the bistro, great location if you are intending to visit Avenue de Champagne, food was great in the Bistro as well.
Cons: Rooms were pretty basic, and breakfast was a little unclear in terms of whats included / available
Pros: The hotel is centrally located with street parking if you are lucky. The restaurant food is very good which is the main reason for staying there.
Cons: The rooms are fairly basic with low beds and not good value.
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: The rooms are a little tired
Pros: The location was awesome! In the middle of Epernay - within walking distance of many iconic champagne houses, restaurants and shops.
Cons: The rooms were very old and outdated. The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable, the shower was the worst shower I've ever experienced at a hotel. Also, there is no parking. You have to find a space on the streets.
Pros: The hotel had a great restaurant attached to it and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is very good.
Cons: Overall the hotel looks a bit tired and this is reflected in the rooms which could do with updating.
Pros: Loved this hotel great location v comfortable. Super decor great food
Pros: Rooms were a really good size quiet very clean. Lovely art deco style in keeping with the whole building. Great breakfast choices.

Pros: Quiet Comfortable bd
Cons: Very cold receptionists. It was like a deserted hospital.
Pros: Facilities - fridge, two plate stove, shower and bath.
Cons: Upstairs bedroom rather hot.
Cons: They charged me twice and did not refund this when I asked them to.
Pros: The location
Cons: The property needs renovation. The walls and doors from the room were so dirty.......
With a stay at Premiere Classe Epernay in Epernay, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Leclerc-Briant. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice, clean and convenient stop over hotel a short walk into the centre of town.
Pros: Breakfast was value for money and had a good choice as a continental offering. Would be good to have cheese or ham/meat offering or fresh fruit but it met my expectations. Location wise we used it as a overnight stop to break our journey so within easy access of the autoroute was critical. Being within walking distance of town centre gave us that option to explore but in reality we arrived late at night so it was just a passing through bed and breakfast.
Cons: The only minor, minor thing was the lack of a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But after talking to friends who use French hotels more frequently than I do this appears to be the norm whereas in the UK there is always this facility.
Pros: Large bed , helpful staff, outstanding price
Cons: The large bed in small room made it a bit cramped. Smokers gathered around front door (raining)
Pros: The main gentleman at the reception - who organised a taxi for us on October 5, and simply was fabulous- and give him a raise and award!
Cons: Cramped-no space to relax at the property!
Pros: Free parking
Cons: Cleaners coming rooms at 8am banging on doors and barged in. Check out is at 12 ?? Half of breakfast missing items. Go to macdonalds across the road

Guests can relax in the lounge with a drink from the hotel bar and browse the free Wi-Fi. Dizy is just a 7-minute drive away and the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Moët and Chandon cellars. Public parking is possible near the hotel.
Pros: Location and the bathroom.
Cons: The carpets were old and felt unclean.
Pros: Clean and excellent location. Friendly staff and good food too.
Cons: No place to hang clothes.
Pros: Ambience. Service. Food. Convenience.
Pros: La Cloche was perfectly located for me, there is a parking in the square below and it’s a v short walk from the train station. I needed to both park my car and take a train. I think it’s fair to say the hotel is very old fashioned, I stayed in places like it often 40 or 50 years ago. It’s very simple but clean with a good shower & plenty of hot water, and everything worked. It wouldn’t impress anyone but it’s very very good value, I’d happily stay there again knowing what what it is.
Cons: Nothing really - you could say it needs to be modernised but why then it wouldn’t be €55- a night, and likely as not the modernisation would squeeze ever bit of character out it. My only disappointment was the night I stayed the restaurant was shut - a problem ‘ technique ‘, the 3 course menu for €15- looked great value
Pros: Great location and great value for location. Good service
Cons: Rooms and building in definate need of upgrades. Broken shower and limited space in bathroom for my husband's legs.(space from toilet ok if your 5ft 8 or smaller)
Pros: Great location
Cons: Door lock kept getting stuck. Locked out, then locked in.
