The entire staff is happy to welcome you in a magnificent mansion, situated in the heart of the city center, the capitale of Champagne and only at a few steps from the Avenue de Champagne. This situation places the hotel Jean Moët in the center of the main tourist attractions of the city and in the heart of the sparnacienne animation. It is built in building of the 18th Century. With its protected facade and its magnificent glass room of style 1800, called the winter garden, we welcome you in our tea room after your visits of the capitale of Champagne.
Pros: The hotel was very nice, excellent location and friendly staff.
Cons: The elevator kept some noise during the night.
Pros: The building was nice and tastefully modified without losing its character. Staff were warm and very helpful.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was fine.
Cons: Attic room was not very comfortable too much time spent ducking roof beams.
Pros: Room was clean and the location was great.
Cons: The breakfast was very average - not what I would expect in France and coffee could be better.
Pros: The hotel is located right along Avenue de Champagne with plenty of dining options as well. Its proximity to the train station was a plus too!
Pros: Great location, nice personnel, clean, warm attitude!!!
Cons: We stayed in this hotel the second time, in May 19 in November 19: yet two different accommodations. In November we got total disappointment: outside the have construction and there is no chance to get rested - construction and noise start at 8 a.m. and lasts the whole day, yet no warning at the booking. Very wet in the room - conditioning is not properly working. When checked in the water in the fridge was used by a previous guest - why not to check by personnel? No free water, no free parking, wi-fi is slow yet stable, this is good! TV is French, German only. Definitely to change sanitary furniture and engineering. You can’t get in after 10 p.m. - the door is closed. The price for a double bed with breakfast was 185€ too much for this.
Pros: the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was too hot and if I opened the window the noise of the fans outside was bad, so we were very hot in our room. The air con was not on so the unit just circulated hot air.
Cons: heating in room, see above.
Pros: The staff was very helpful and changed the location of the room when they realized that my mother (83 years old) had problem to walk in the stairs. Next to it is a very good wine producer Dauby which I also can recommend with warm heart.
Pros: The lady attending was very helpful, professional and always answered our questions
Cons: The location is simply perfect.
Pros: Parking in a private garage with electric vehicle charging- very helpful.
Pros: This is a beautiful castle like hotel with parking and indoor pool and really nice rooms. But looks are deceiving. Soon as you walk into your room you're blown away . The room is very spacious but it's also very loud. The bathroom was clean with a nice big shower. Beautiful couch and nice table and chairs. I was very happy to be able to watch my IPad on the TV. They also had a mini fridge which was nice. The parking garage is pretty cool too. After that it's all looks.
Cons: The bed was literally one of the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. I really don't get why hotel owners don't understand that the bed is the absolute most important thing in a hotel room. When people don't get good sleep they don't function as well as if they got a good night sleep. We also tried to get the host to make us reservation in town for dinner and surprisingly he would not, not sure why. I stayed in 8 hotels on this trip and this hotel is by far the least comfortable. This was the only property we didn't truly enjoy.
Pros: Breakfast very adequate
Cons: Warning about transport if you have no car
Pros: We enjoyed the outside area at the hotel, especially on a warm Autumn evening to sit outside and enjoy the local champagne! Good range of food for breakfast and excellent service from the staff. The parking garage was ideal especially being under cover.
With a stay at La Villa Eugène in Epernay, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Moet et Chandon and Mercier. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, a computer station, and express check-in. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Everything about this hotel is perfection from the rooms to the bar and breakfast is amazing !
Pros: We were given a great welcome on arrival which we noted and appreciated. The hotel is beautifully furnished to a high standard in a traditional style. If returning to Epernay we would certainly want to stay in this hotel. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the centre of town. For restaurants, you drive or taxi into the centre, all of which was arranged for us by hotel reception.
Pros: The rooms are very well appointed and every care had been taken to meet our needs in many ways. The staff were welcoming, friendly and generally helpful. It has a great location, though too far from town for a gentle stroll.
Cons: The hotel does not have a restaurant and the staff could have been more useful in helping us find one - they just handed us a list. We were particularly annoyed at being charged 15 Euros for parking. We now know this is in the small print on the booking.com website, but the hotel misleads by a clear opening statement that there is secure parking, without any mention of cost. This is not normally expected outside of a major city.
Pros: Everything it's a perfect place to stay. This is a repeat stay for us.
Pros: Lovely restored old building. Beautiful room and garden. Plush presentation. Comfortable slippers, which we were given extra on exit, as well as a bottle of water.
Cons: No restaurant on site. Breakfast supplies low when we came to take eggs and bacon - we could have asked as as we heard other people do, but it’s the sense of generosity lacking in this. Only one bottle of water supplied in a room of two people. Rather pricey.
Pros: One of the best hotels that I stayed at.
Cons: Change daily breakfast menu.
With a stay at Le Relais de Saint Martin, you'll be centrally located in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, within a 10-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, coffee/tea in a common area, and microwave in a common area.
Pros: Location was great and I enjoyed knowing the connection to the history of the property, although I only knew the history from reading on my own ahead of my stay -- there were no explanatory brochures or anything like that.
Cons: No shower curtain made showering an effort. Decor was strange -- modern art of dubious taste in such an historic building clashed. And why a framed photo of New York City in my room rather than something French? 18 Euros for breakfast seemed excessive for what is essentially a B&B, not a real hotel. Only one electrical outlet in the bedroom and that required unplugging the floor lamp. I was unable to charge my electronics at one time. No bar, no restaurant, no mini-bar. And why a framed photo of New York City in my room rather than something French? No ice without begging for four cubes from the kitchen. Found the woman in the reception office asleep at her desk at 2 in the afternoon. Beautiful garden would have been a nice place to enjoy a glass of champagne but there was no service and not a person (neither guest nor server) in sight. The whole place seems tired and run down.
Cons: Staff were unpleasant and rude. We had no hot water for a shower. No offer to let us shower in a different room.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, secure off-street parking, amazing breakfast and overall great value. Perfect location for Avenue de Champagne.
Cons: The management was poor ,the room was small. The breakfast was a rip off for 18 euros The staff were totally helpful inspiring in talking French when they knew we were English .In settling the bill room it clearly stated 190 Euro a night and we had paid 200.The hotel does not deserve to be in the Michelin guide .How Trip Advisor rate number 6 in Épernay I suggest they stay a night to experience how bad it is
Pros: Owners were excellent hosts and really looked after us. We had pre-booked a visit to Moet & Chandon so wanted to be within easy walking distance and this B&B was in a perfect location. Everything in town was in easy reach (no more than 10-15 mins). B&B is in a little oasis if calm and is a very beautiful typically french manoir. No lift though if you need one. Parking is in its own grounds with secure gates. All very safe and secure. Epernay itself is a great little town with a great vibe and very pretty. Really a lovely place to visit. Walking around all very safe with nice restaurants and beautiful architecture. We couldn’t fault the B&B. Breakfast also great. They also have a piano which my wife played and our hosts were really appreciative. Would definitely recommend this hotel/B&B.
Cons: Nothing to call out here. All very pleasant and we will definitely want to come back so see more of the area.
Pros: The house was lovely, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was superb. If it were anywhere else other than close to the avenue de champagne, this would be considered expensive.
Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in room, no shower curtain in bath.
Pros: Perfect place to stay on a visit to Epernay. Very nice small hotel with lovely Madame hosting the visitors. Excellent breakfast.
The ibis Epernay Centre Ville hotel is located right in the center of the city. It offers 66 renovated and air-conditioned rooms, including Family Rooms. Our bar and snack service are open 24 hours a day. Treat yourself to our unlimited buffet breakfast from 6:30am to 10am during the week, and until midday on weekends and public holidays. Public outdoor and underground car parks nearby (charges apply).
Pros: Staff was friendly. We had adjoining rooms which was really nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel has no private parking space. The rooms had a bit of a funny smell and the beds didn't have fitted sheets so they didn't stay in place during the night which is something I personally dislike.
Pros: Excellent location, comfortable bed. Easy check in and out - in general very good would stay again
Pros: The location was close to Avenue de Champagne. Room was clean and nicely furnished. No complaints to be made which is usually a positive sign.
Cons: Nothing to complain. We got what we wanted - nothing more, nothing less.
Pros: Comfy beds, good shower and quiet room
Pros: The hotel location was excellent as right in the town center. Also the car parking was near by and we felt safe to leave car there. Breakfast was excellent too.
Cons: They had duvet on the bed and therefore made sleeping uncomfortable. Although there was air condition, setting it was a challenge.
Pros: price value excellent for a 3 star in the middle of town it worked very well
Cons: not a lot really it met expectations was clean and tidy rooms small but was still value for money
With a stay at Hotel Le Colbert in Epernay, you'll be convenient to Castellane and Moet et Chandon. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Check in was easy and nice shower, but that was about it.
Cons: Next time I would spend a little more and book better accommodation. The place needs new bedding. You could also hear everything outside your room, so not sound proof as they say.
Pros: Easy walk into the city center to the sights. Clean rooms, friendly owner. Did not have a chance to try the bar. Old style French hotel.
Cons: Only the pillows, but that's a gripe I have in a lot of hotels.
Pros: The rooms were cozy. Walking distance from the center of town. Breakfast was a nice traditional French breakfast. The hotel is nice place to stay while visiting the local Champagne houses.
Pros: Super nice host, very helpful with everything, gave us great tips. Basic room (clean and comfortable), basic breakfast, but overall really great for this price! Parking outside, short walk to the center.
Pros: I have stayed in small hotels where the toilet down Hall but shower In room. Or visa versa . But for what I paid too much for both toilet at one end of hall and shower the other. Wasn't presented that way and was a little much especially for the money. I feel with that room should have no more than 39 euro @ nite and I had to carry my toilet paper upstairs for everyone to use.
Cons: The add said toilette or shower may be out of room, but not both
Pros: The owner was polite and helpful, the room was very clean.
Cons: The building appeared to have no fire escape other than the main staircase which is wooden. The room doors were not fire resistant. The bed /mattress sagged in the middle, pillows were lumpy.
Pros: Room was clean and spaceous and the staff really friendly although didn’t know any English. Still managed to get things sorted. Location was also good, short walking distance to Epernay. Free parking space!
Cons: Soundproofing could have been better, especially during the harvest time when the trucks start to drive during the evening. The breakfast being not included in the price came as a surprice upon payment, but didn’t mind since the breakfast was good.
Pros: The owner of the place was very friendly. When we arrived, there was 42 C outside, the room is nice but has no cooling. The owner opened the neighbouring room for us (which was fortunately not taken) and let the air flow through and that helped us to make our one night stay enjoyable. Nice and cool guy.
Cons: No vegan options for breakfast. But the coffee was good to start the day and find some vegan food in the local shop :)
Hotel Kyriad Epernay is in the heart of Epernay, within a 10-minute walk of Castellane and Moet et Chandon. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Good breakfast. Recently renovated room. Comfy bed. Easy walking to Avenue de Champagne. Less than 1 mile walk from the town centre.
Pros: Third time we’ve stayed here. Good value with easy stroll down Avenue de Champagne to the centre of town.
Pros: Close to the Avenue de Champagne
Cons: The room was smelly, small, the toilet and bathroom is a box in the room, the breakfast poor, the dining room dirty.
Pros: Modern and very comfortable hotel only 1km from the centre of Epernay. Good car parking. Pleasant walk past the Champagne houses into town
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: Neat room. Very kind lady at the reception.
Cons: An okay experience overall, but if you think this hotel is a bit aside from the heart of Épernay (where I always stay when in the city), the price for one night seemed a bit high. Also, the walls were paper thin: apparently there was a big group of people who gathered to talk on the corridor several times, both in the evening and early on Sunday morning. I am not that picky when it comes to sleep, but this constant chatting behind my door really disturbed my being in the room.
Pros: Breakfast buffet was very good
Cons: Very comfortable facilities for a good price
Pros: Great location, just at the end of rue de champagne, ideal for walks to Epernay center. Nice room, good shower, and great pillow. Easy to find, good parking, checkin after reception hours without problem
Cons: very weak wifi
With a stay at Premiere Classe Epernay in Epernay, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Leclerc-Briant. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: actual receptionist on duty. good breakfast for the price. friendly staff. hood value for money.
Cons: very small room.
Pros: Very welcoming staff. It appeared clean with clean bed clothes and towels - but see my comment below.
Cons: No maps of Epernay available. Poor facilities to store bikes overnight. The bathroom smelt of drains (and judging by the number of windows open on a chilly October morning, ours wasn’t the only smelly room).
Pros: Convenient easily located and very clean. Adequate breakfast. Very helpful receptionist who recommended restaurants for us one of which we ate in and food quality was excellent
Pros: Large bed , helpful staff, outstanding price
Cons: The large bed in small room made it a bit cramped. Smokers gathered around front door (raining)
Cons: I would have liked a kettle in the room. Happy to bring my own tea and coffee.
Pros: Cheap for the area (you get what you pay for).
Cons: Bathroom shower was very strange. Water gets everywhere. Room had a strange smell.

Enjoy hotel amenities such as free wireless high-speed Internet, guest laundry facilities, free weekday newspapers, meeting space and copy, print and fax machines. Guest rooms come with kitchenettes, microwaves, refrigerators, desks, hair dryers and TVs. Select rooms feature sofa sleepers.
Pros: Nice calm location with easy parking on site. Room with kitchen facilities.
Cons: Staff is polite but never extra nice let alone welcoming; is the guest just a paying number??
Cons: They charged me twice and did not refund this when I asked them to.
Pros: Excellent selection of breakfast.
Pros: Nice location near the center of Epernay, quiet and plenty of parking space
Cons: Breakfast is basic but the quality is fine however the scrambled eggs were stone cold Cover sheets were stained The bathroom is getting dated and needs a refresh
Pros: The Family room was actually 2 rooms with sliding door. Super! Building was really nice (Historical Military Baracks) outside Epernay on a hill but close to restaurants, a supermarket and other facilities. Safe neighborhood, free parking. Quite at night, comfy beds, clean, little Kitchenette included! Good breakfast (except the coffee) : buffet, ham, cheese, eggs, Bacon, jellys, …. OJ, AJ, … plenty to eat. Champage on demand in the Lobby. Nice croud. We were really happy. Friendly staff.
Cons: Check in only until 20.00 was not really customer friendly but managable. I am glad we were not running too late. The coffee was undrinkable. We tried every variety from the machine. Tasted like bad instant coffee. Sorry, but this could be easily improved by the hotel. Does not match the standard of the breakfast. But we had fun looking at the faces of the other guests at breakfast trying the coffee for the first time.
Pros: The location
Cons: The property needs renovation. The walls and doors from the room were so dirty.......
With a stay at Auberge Champenoise in Moussy, you'll be in the historical district, within a 10-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Le Ballon Captif d'Epernay. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: funny bathroom, like a tardis in the corner of the room
Pros: Food was fantastic .
Cons: Stairs lots of stairs
Pros: Staff were friendly and the restaurant was very busy but we managed to get a table and enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was good and plentiful
Pros: It was cheap and cheap is what you got
Pros: Very pleasant staff and dinner and Breakfast very good
Pros: Bed and shower were fine. Diner excellent.
Cons: Breakfast poor and messy. Coffee not drinkable. Hotel needs renovation.
Pros: Friendly staff. Good room but with compartment bathroom. Secure undercover parking. Good evening meal and plenty for breakfast.
Pros: . Good location.
Cons: Didnt feel as welcome here as some other places. 1 star Michelin restaurant seemed to ratchet up the the formality. But staff was professional. There was a problem with shower head. Some spots on carpet. Worst wifi signal I experienced in 2 weeks of travel. Also 4G signal in town was poor. Epernay may need to bring in more bandwidth.
Pros: Staff were great in the reception & the bistro, great location if you are intending to visit Avenue de Champagne, food was great in the Bistro as well.
Cons: Rooms were pretty basic, and breakfast was a little unclear in terms of whats included / available
Pros: The hotel is centrally located with street parking if you are lucky. The restaurant food is very good which is the main reason for staying there.
Cons: The rooms are fairly basic with low beds and not good value.
Pros: The location was perfect
Cons: The rooms are a little tired
Pros: The location was awesome! In the middle of Epernay - within walking distance of many iconic champagne houses, restaurants and shops.
Cons: The rooms were very old and outdated. The beds and bedding were very uncomfortable, the shower was the worst shower I've ever experienced at a hotel. Also, there is no parking. You have to find a space on the streets.
Pros: The hotel had a great restaurant attached to it and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The location is very good.
Cons: Overall the hotel looks a bit tired and this is reflected in the rooms which could do with updating.
Pros: Loved this hotel great location v comfortable. Super decor great food
Pros: Rooms were a really good size quiet very clean. Lovely art deco style in keeping with the whole building. Great breakfast choices.
Pros: Location. The hotel is very close to the train station, Av. Champagne and many restaurants. Staff were very kind. Price / quality relation.
Cons: Overall the hotel needs to be refurnished. TV remote control didn't work. It was not clean enough (hair in the pillow). The pillows were not comfortable. In the bedroom you could smell food. There weren't many options to plug in to recharge your cellphone.
Pros: The price is why you book this lodging. As a bonus you get a very convenient location to everything and easy parking (if you can figure out the self-service meter).
Cons: The facility is old without renovation. Spend more money if that is an issue for you.
Cons: Stair were a bit wonky
Cons: The hotel is very old and cleaning is poor.
Pros: Positioned perfectly for my favourite bar in France
Cons: It realky is starting to feel dated, we love the Cloche for its position but a lick of paint would not go amiss.
Pros: Clean, and although old, functional. Staff was lovely and the restaurant was excellent and well priced. Very central and parking was very easy. Great for a weekend stop over
Best rooms in Dizy
With a stay at Bagatelle in Dizy, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Moet et Chandon and Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: the place, the staff is really helpful and very nice.
Cons: the fact that they wake u up very early in the morning to clean the room and the laundry (for the bed)has to be changed at least every 2 days. we stayed 3 nights and the bed has not been changed the 3 days ... but it is still very clean.
Pros: Stayed for one night with our dog, very friendly place. Good breakfast and good evening meal. 3 courses evening meal was excellent and very good value for the money !
Pros: Breakfast was fine as was the dinner the evening before. Good variety of food on the buffet and good value for money.
Cons: Nothing really.
Pros: It is located not in Epernay but just outside of that town. However, it was only a 20-minute walk to the centre of Epernay, and it is a nice walk. The hotel is situated in a small industrial like complex but it is close to some nice streets and to a major supermarket (5 minutes walk). I was not expecting a luxurious room, and for what we needed (a convenient stop-over en route to the south of France) it was adequate, the bonus being a nice walk into Epernay, given time.
Cons: The room was a little small and clearly economically furnished but adequate for an overnight stay. The shower unit was a bit cramped.
Pros: Restaurant, food quality
Cons: Bed hard
Pros: Room clean and comfy. Restaurant excellent both breakfast and evening
Pros: Excellent dining room and first class food with plenty of choice. Staff very polite. Parking good .
Cons: Small rooms and hard pillows
Pros: Bed was comfy but not as pleased with the frayed tired towels.
Located in Dizy, Campanile Epernay Dizy is in a rural location, within a 5-minute drive of Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park and Cité du Champagne. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Very helpful
Pros: Parking was good, it had a lovely outlook into the hills and was a very quiet area. The room was reasonably good.
Cons: Nothing that would deter me from coming back to stay, except if I stayed longer I didn't have an easy walking distance to other restaurants.
Pros: Great stop over if your heading South or North on the way home Good restaurant
Pros: Driving away!!
Cons: This was not a 4* hotel. They are trying to renovate the hotel using cheap fixture & fittings. There is no attention to detail. The staff dress was shabby, the choice of menu was taken away from the one advertised in the entrance hall. The lock on the bedroom door was broken.
Cons: Insects in the room, flies in the dinning room, waitress inadequate, food terrible. It was a " faulty tower" experience. Please avoid if you wish to have a better experience. The manageres saved the evening.
Pros: Excellent location for visiting the champagne region to the north of Epernay. Simple good value accommodation with reasonable restaurant attached. Certainly not star quality but perfectly adequate. Charming staff who were eager to help. Their English is limited (apart from reception) but as always between us we get what we want. Rooms clean and simple a la motel.
Cons: Nothing particularly.
