OK because the location was good, but poor because the hotel staff needed prodding from several guests to stop other guests from grilling, dancing, and playing music on the sidewalk in front of the rooms until after 11:45pm. Not at the pool, across the parking lot, No, feet from other guests doors until just before midnight. Hard to put up with that after paying hundreds per night.

Pros (+) Beautiful, clean rooms with all a traveler needs. The included breakfast was a plus.
Cons (-) The luxury and location in a beach community came at a cost, but it was worth it!

Pros (+) Pulling up it doesn't look very nice but they've recently remodeled so the room so it was a pleasant surprise. Hardwood floors, large mounted flat screen, and nice hot water in the shower, for the price I will definitely return. Also the free continental breakfast was good.
Cons (-) We actually passed the hotel a couple of times because there's no sign out by the street showing where it is, the floors were very dirty and the bed was kind of hard. Those minor things didn't affect my trip though and I would stay agin
