Pros (+) Location was pretty good.
Cons (-) we ran out of toilet paper and when asked for more, they couldn’t find any! Then, later brought us one roll. Employees don’t seem like they want to be there nor they really seem knowledgeable about anything to do with hotels. Pros (+) The room was clean although there were bed sheets, toiletries, soaps, etc. I was able to check in and out quickly.
Cons (-) I checked in late but there were no towels in the room, the couch doubled as a pull out bed, there were no extra blankets or sheets for that. The phone didn’t work, I was unable to call room service to request towels, sheets, and blankets. The room smelled a little stale, as if it had been unoccupied in a while. It was late when I checked in but the front desk staff wasn’t too friendly.
