Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's excellent location, which is close to shops, restaurants, and work destinations, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Many reviews also highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the modern, clean atmosphere and lobby spaces. However, several guests mention issues with noise, particularly from outside trash trucks and room fans, as well as small room sizes and limited amenities. Some also note challenges with service availability, such as lack of a traditional front desk and slow check-in during busy times. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the location and staff, stand out in the reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
