Pros (+) Breakfast was good and the location was ideal for traveling.
Cons (-) The shuttle system is bad. You may have to wait for the next shuttle because it serves so many hotels that it's bound to be full.

Cons (-) Would have been nice if they had informed us that there was construction going on. Not the cleanest place. Walls seemed thin, as it was kind of noisy.

Cons (-) Obviously purchased an old hotel and they are remodeling the upper floors. Our room was renovated. Doors to bathroom were like closet doors, could see right in. No lock. Cover to ceiling light was cracked and on the floor. Discovered why in the am. Dressed and ready to go, standing at the bathroom mirror and someone turns on the shower above us. Pros (+) The wake up call was on time and the breakfast was pretty good.
Cons (-) My TV didn't work and the staff never let me know. I had to call to ask and then was informed. I asked if they could do something about it and they told me to take it up with the company I booked through and they couldn't help me. I was put off by telling me to go somewhere else to talk about the service. I really doubt I'll ever stay in a La Quinta again.
