Pros (+) One of the most comfortable mattresses I've experienced; a nice surprise for a lower-tier hotel.
Cons (-) Room smelled a bit musty but it wasn't too bad.

Pros (+) The hotel was a good location for visiting the area. It was quite loud on the street outside on Fri and Sat nights and the walls are paper thin, so bring earplugs.
Cons (-) The hotel was pretty run down. There was peeling paint near the baseboards in the bathroom and it smelled like a cheap hotel in the lobby and the room. But it was clean enough and the price was obviously good. If you're not going to be in the room much it's not so bad.
Pros (+) Staff was prompt and helpful. If you can get a room on the east side of the building the bar next door won't bother you. Walkable area, but the neighborhood could be better.

Cons (-) -Bright lights coming through the windows, with curtains that cannot black it out. -Breakfast selection/layout is fairly lacking.
Pros (+) Good breakfast options, walkable to downtown in good weather, staff orders taxis, which arrive quickly. All the many staff I encountered were very nice and helpful.
Cons (-) I didn't care for having to walk on outdoor balconies to get to room--Denver is cold this time of year! Heaters are window boxes (like A/C), not very efficient, noisy all night. Room keys get demagnetized too quickly, I kept having to go back thru the cold to the front desk to demagnetized key.
Pros (+) We picked it because it was affordable for a one night stay in Denver before our morning flight. It is close to downtown so you can walk wherever you need to go. Room was in good condition.
Cons (-) It was right next to the 7/11 gas station which consisted of about 6-10 homeless people sitting about 3 feet from our vehicle. We had one come up us asking for money when we were leaving early in the morning. Also the elevator smelled of vomit and/or pee. We proceeded to then only use the stairs.
Pros (+) It was close to the events I wanted to attend.
Cons (-) The bathroom had no ventilation and the shampoos, soaps and lotions had been previously used. They we also very skimpy on the towels. There's a significant homeless population all around the hotel.
Pros (+) The desk girl.
Cons (-) Everything. Never return bad neighbourhood rooms were dirtier then the streets. Paid for my room an left that day to a cleaner more reliable hotel. Not even worth 50 cents a night.
