A bit pricey for what you get- I paid $20-30 more for much nicer accommodations in Denver. It was clean but very bare bones. Fine for a single night if you just need somewhere to sleep- which was what...

Pros (+) One of the most comfortable mattresses I've experienced; a nice surprise for a lower-tier hotel.
Cons (-) Room smelled a bit musty but it wasn't too bad.

Pros (+) The location was right in the middle of where I needed to be. Lots of stuff up and down the street to eat and do at all hours of the night.
Cons (-) Neighborhood is in the middle of a turn around so place looked less than inviting.

Pros (+) Staff was prompt and helpful. If you can get a room on the east side of the building the bar next door won't bother you. Walkable area, but the neighborhood could be better.
