Pros: This hotel is adults only so was lovely and quiet. Pool area is a beautiful setting and you can order doors and drinks from The Glass House next door. The location is great because you’re on the Main Street but you can also take a short walk down a private lane to the beach with security at both ends. Highly recommend.

Pros: we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, our suit and balcony offered privacy and comfort, the beach was minutes away and their attention to detail made for a wonderful experience.

Pros: Very friendly stuff. Nice garden with a clean pool. Rooms with everything what you need. Sunbeds and towles at the beach are included. Breakfast at the Glashouse was delicious.

Pros: Best stay we had! Enjoyable! Staff was incredible- from check in to check out! Thank you for making our stay amazing!! Really enjoyed the pool and the beach! Close to restaurants and nice spas!! Loved it! It was also relaxing as it’s not a very busy area!

Pros: The location was great. The breakfast was good, Coffee was really great. Loved how quiet it was and it was really relaxing. It was close to the beach and near salons and restaurants. Ari was really great in checking us in and making sure we were happy throughout our stay. Best service we received in Bali.

Pros: The suite was clean, big, and the view from our swimming pool was amazing. The staff was very nice and always there to help you having the best stay in the hotel. The jetted bathtub was big and three people could fit in ! It was nice to have the afternoon tea on the beach and the floating breakfast in our room, the service is really good, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons: If we had to indicate a point of improvement, we would say the food. The food is ok but for the price, we would expect something more elaborate. We ordered one of the top meal (the soup) from the room service menu, it looked like instant noodles with 5 meatballs, and it took around 30/40 min to be brought to our room.

Cons: There were strange odor in bathroom area. Like spoiled water. When we stayed last year there was no such. Disappointing for the value of the money. Also, there was not even little bit different on restaurant’s menu since last stay.....

Pros: Beautiful hotel for honeymooners. Just short walk to Ritz Carlton hotel next door. The room was great, it’s private with great ocean views. Personal butter service and staff service (Ms Kriss) since the moment you arrived and leaving was excellent.

Cons: In room breakfast, dining as well restaurant dining experience food tasted very basic. We are expecting more for the value price we paid. But we did enjoy the breakfast buffets. The menu more variety and tastes good.

Pros: Luxurious. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Not expensive.

Cons: Not enough to almost no activity on the beach for children or adults. Far away, not walking distance from the beach activities at the other main places.

Pros: We really appreciated the staff's kindness, they are always ready to help you. They make the difference in this kind of structures because, apart from the 5 stars, the staff make your stay unforgettable.

Pros: design of the room, open bathroom, layout of the hotel, and the decor. Ayu at reception was very helpful, in particular organizing our last minute booking to the zoo-as pick up from the hotel for 'breakfast with orangutans' is very early in the morning, the restaurant with good breakfasts and 'nasi goreng' with seafood, was very good

Cons: the beach -350 mt apprx. from the property, is fine but not possible to swim

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was nice but the staff were just incredible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cons: Honestly, the only issue we had was it wasn’t close to the main areas we were visiting. I would stil stay here, I just didn’t realize how long traffic takes to get a single mile.

Pros: It is a wonderful location in terms of being close to shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the there was sufficient drawers and cupboard space. Huge bathroom. The pool temperature was pleasant as were the surroundings. Nice to be at a resort with no loud music day and night. Very peaceful during the day. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons: Music at night. Resort rooms getting a little tired. White curtain opposite the bed dirty and frayed at the bottom. Given one black tea bag each day, when two people occupied the room. Massage was messed up, so stop start as they didn't realise the time I had booked for. My friends and husband and I all agree it is totally overpriced for what you get and we have stayed at many places in Bali.

Cons: The staff should be more present at thé pool bar. Thé food was good but not more and the breakfast included with the room is too light (only one plate to be chosen)

Pros: Friendly staff. Great quality of room fittings and location in Sanur. Somewhat over priced for what it is with disappointment over house keeping.

Cons: Let down by housekeeping. Never replaced glasses or made the bed as required each day. Only token tea making facilities in room - No water for kettle or anywhere to plug kettle in with tiny tea cups provided. Breakfast a little hit & miss with desired order. Sometimes items never arrived, or hot came with cold at the same time..

Pros: Very nice hotel,location just perfect: in the heart of the city, but inside the hotel you cannot feel that. Close to shops, restaurants, beach. The food in hotel restaurant also very tasty, music, people, surroundings, and coctail free flow - wanna come back.

Pros: We loved the property itself - very traditional yet had all the luxuries we needed. It was the first time overseas for our girls, and they loved it. The staff are to be commended - always smiling and say hello, cannot do enough for their guests. Congratulations.

Pros: Fabulous stay. 3 lovely pools so always had a sun lounge avaliable. Breakfast with a sea view. Lovely gardens well maintained and excellant location close to great resteraunts.

Pros: Loads of choice at breakfast, staff were all very helpful and friendly and with direct access to the beach the location is fab. Rooms are spacious and clean, large comfortable beds too.

Cons: Having 3 restaurants was lovely however they all serve the same menu so it doesn't take long to run out of options. There are loads more options a stones throw away though so really not a big issue.

Pros: This resort reaches from the main road to the beach, with parklike grounds including 3 separate pool complexes; inbetween. These gardens are just magnificent!, typically Balinese and beautifully maintained. Restaurant (breakfast) is by the beach.. our whole experience was quiet and relaxing.

Cons: The plastic water bottles we got each day, we have mentioned this to them already.

Pros: Location was great and food was great. The room was also large and comfortable. We enjoyed using the free bikes to ride along the coastal boardwalk and explore the area. Three lovely pools and garden areas were immaculate.

Cons: Service was limited around pool and beach beds. In fact there was no service at all! At times the staff would even look straight past you and walk away around the pool bar. We seemed to be constantly trying to gain attention for service at pool bar and restaurant. It seemed that the hotel was lacking staff in theses areas. We were also unaware that this was a non-smoking property including all outside areas and around pool. Unfortunately we would not return to this hotel because of this as we do enjoy our vices on holiday. Having designated areas to smoke on the pool beds and pool bar would of been good to accommodate all guests. Instead there were large groups gathering around large ashtray basins around the property, which ironically were right next to eating areas and pool area?? Didn't really make sense and just caused frustration for guests.

Pros: Fabulous resort. Staff were lovely throughout. Rooms clean and spacious. Having 3 options for pools plus the beachfront was a treat.

Pros: Lots of lovely food but it doesn’t come out hot enough! Being picky... but no decaf coffee.

Pros: The beach front location and resort gardens offered tranquility amongst the madness of busy Sanur. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we loved the pool. The deluxe room that we stayed in was on an upper floor and had an excellent large balcony with a large day bed to relax.

Cons: There were no specific charging points for phones and tablets and very few accessible sockets, other than in the bathroom! Apart from that, it was perfect.

Pros: There was 16 of us staying with PPS. Every single one of us absolutely loved yr hotel. The rooms were huge and clean, the hotel facilities were perfect for everybody in our group. (ages from 2-70) loved the pool, meals and happy hour was awesome. Night entertainment was great for all. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and always happy. Variety of food for breakfast was amazing. Love love loved staying with PPS.

Cons: Maybe if you could access the back gate later than 6pm.

Cons: Cappuccino extra at breakfast. Location was a bit busy.

Pros: Could not have been more ideal with kids. Staff were excellent, kids splash area was great, lots of activities going on and range of food and drinks to suit all. Shuttle bus to beach, hotel affiliated site on beach, main shopping area a short walk away.

Cons: Restricted hours for entering/exiting back gate. Occasionally difficult to get a table for dinner/breakfast.

Pros: The staff were fantastic, always friendly, welcoming and they go out of their way to help

Pros: The hotel was great for a family of 6 (staying in a 3 bedroom suite). The space in the suite was excellent, beds comfy and hotel facilities well maintained. The staff were the standout - extremely friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. Whilst it wasn’t on the beach, the free shuttle to the beach and shopping areas worked well.

Cons: Couldn’t think of anything really.

Pros: Kids area and pool was worth it’s weight in gold. Kids were happy and entertained the entire time. Two bedroom apartment was so spacious and had excellent facilities. Price was great as were the prices of food by the pool. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Location is not the best but we were only there a few nights and didn’t really need to leave the resort much. Cocktails weren’t great but that was probably magnified by the fact we’d come from somewhere that had excellent drinks.

Pros: The staff were amazing, breakfast buffet delicious. Large rooms and plenty of space in kitchen and lounge area. Bottled water supplied saves lugging large bottles back and better for the environment.

Cons: All fabulous
