The location is absolutely perfect - you can not get a better deal - small and private with own private beach area... great restaurant... everyone knows you by mane and you feel welcome! Beautiful smiles and hospitality ... old and charming hotel in true Bali style

Everything was fantastic!

Really friendly and welcoming staff and an excellent location right on the beach.

Some areas are a little bit worn like the sun loungers and tables on the beach but nothing that would put me off staying again.

I love the overall ambiance of the resort. It is very exclusive (only has I think 8 villas). This way, you feel more like a part of the family than just any other guest. They call you by their name which is something I truly appreciate. Sri's sincere greetings every time we see each other is something stamped in my memory enough to bring a smile on my face no matter where I am. The Sea View villa (the green one) has direct access to the pool. Going up its view deck, you see the lush green garden, something I don't get here in the middle of a bustling city. I have found home in Bali. In fact, I am celebrating my birthday here on the 21st of Feb. I shall be back every chance I get. Thanks so much La Taverna... Thanks Agung, Sri and the rest of the awesome staff! You all made it difficult for me to leave... All 7days and 6nights I stayed are completely memorable... And I am sure I'll have more memories with you all because I am sure I will keep on coming back.

The staff were very helpful,couldn’t do enough for you. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, great for small children . The food at the restaurant was very good, so we had a couple of dinners there as well as breakfast. A very enjoyable stay altogether.

The room was very nice and had a huge terrace. The staff was very kind, helpful and did nearly everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is surrounded by a fantastic garden and has beautiful a fantastic pool right in the middle of it. Taverna suites is situated directly at a beautiful sandy beach that is protected by a reef. It is shallow and has very little in the way of waves. Because of that it is perfect also for little children.

Everything was perfect. We were even allowed to keep our room longer due to an evening flight. If searching for a point of critizism, it was, that even upon request, it was not possible to get a mosquito-net for the extra bed of our son.
