Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, beautiful views, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the overall value for the price. However, several reviews mentioned that the breakfast was basic or of low quality, and some guests found the rooms, bathrooms, or beds to be small or uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects such as service and location stood out for most visitors.
