Cons:If you are looking for that authentic ghetto experience, look no further. Staff at the front desk were rude upon check in. Would not even take the time to tell us where our rooms were and appeared annoyed that they even had to help us check in. While loading our luggage in we got to witness a fight between to females in the parking lot. This included screaming, swearing, etc. We were offered crack cocaine within 10 minutes of being there. The pool was full of debris and when a kid tried cleaning some of it out to go swimming, she was yelled at by management to put their pool supplies down "they're not toys" When we told the woman (who appeared to be management) to have someone come and clean out the pool, the response was to send no one down to clean the pool. The bathrooms stunk and were far from clean. The buildings, rooms, stairwells, and grounds in general were worn down and in need of a lot of repair. There were police cars (albeit comforting at times) driving through the parking lot all night with their lights off. (not sure what/who they were looking for). There are definitely more people living there then people using it for short stay. If I were La Quinta corporate, I would tear this place down and start over.

Pros:there's nothing I like about the place! except for the woman at the front desk was nice enough for being in Florida where people are generaly very rude to others.
Cons:The Hotel was very dirty, smelly, and everything is falling off ( i.e...ceiling texture, carb wed on lamp shade, bathroom and sinks was very disgusting, beds sinks when you seat on them and hurts your body badly next day etc....it appeared to me that whoever maintain the place is very cheap because even the screws they used to hold the lamp shade to the walls are the wrong screws and color and they are not even attach to the wall properly and if one don't touch them lightly they will fall off, the TV has soo much dust like it hasn't dust off in years. over all I would never stay there again and I don't recommand it unless you enjoy dirty disfunctional place, than go right ahead other wise I don't care who you are you will not have a good time there period.

Pros:Girl at the front desk was rude and never looked up when I was talking to her the hallways were filthy and the pool was filled with leaves and water level was low. The FREE breakfast was consisted of bread and frozen waffles. The room was d I try had hair on sheets and hot water went in and out during and shower. We were there for 1 night and went 5 miles down the road to best Western for 10 more dollars a night we had a suite with complimentary drinks and pool bar and the staff was professional and very friendly. Do NOT stay here
