The day before my scheduled pick up, the Boca Raton branch called to let me know that there may be a shortage of cars and to call the day I arrived to see if my requested car was available. I called multiple times that day but no answer. Also realize that Kayak allowed me to make a reservation for a 5pm pickup, however the location closed at 5pm so if I showed up a few minutes late I wouldnt have been able to pick it up. The booking system should not allow reservations to be made at the locations closing time. As a result I did not pick up the rental. I did not hear from the rental location either, and ended up using Uber for my entire trip.9,6 Wonderful

Made a reservation at one location, called day prior to confirm. They told me the reservation would be honored at an office closer to my home. Called the number they gave me, second office said there was another office closer to my home. Called third office, was told by a young man named Marshall that he would call me tomorrow (day of pickup) to confirm. Never heard from him, called third location when I was en route to pick up, they told me they couldn't honor my reservation, didn't have the vehicle. Called first office, they didn't have vehicle either but said one was scheduled for return, with unknown return time. Fortunately one came in and I was able to get it. Not a fun experience.2,0 Poor

Paid 3 months ahead for my rental to find that the car wasn't there - they canceled my reservation! Booked a car from another branch - internet showed full inventory - again no car. RUINED MY VACATION. DON'T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE - THEY HAVE KIDS RUNNING ALL THERE LOCATIONS INSTEAD OF RESPONSIBLE ADULTS. THEY DON"T HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND JUST TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU! I have rented cars forever, Enterprise gave me the poorest experience ever. Avis - expensive not flexible, Hertz the same (these companies focus on Business travelers & have a lock on corporate contracts). Hertz does work with AAA so some advantage there). Sixt - great service, will give you free upgrades when possible and agents will work rates, a German company and so MB, BMW are standard. National - great service, also can be worked for free upgrades if the have the inventory. Budget - affordable, adults working the counter who are experienced and quick. Dollar & EZ have great rates, all 3 of these companies focus on family/budget travelers. DONT RENT ENTERPRISE - THEY DONT PICK YOU UP.Dollar

The car only had 1400 miles on it but when sitting at a light it would frequently feel like it was going to stall. Fortunately it never did. In addition, I returned the car early due to the coronavirus and was told I would get money back for the early return but later found out that you would only give me a credit. I was not happy as this was my first car rental in 5 years and i have no trips planned for the next 12 months. i wouldn't have returned it early if there wasn't a pandemic and think the company should be more flexible than their "normal" policy of providing credits... think you should reconsider your policy due to circumstances.Car hire locations in or near Deerfield Beach
