Pros (+) I have stayed at this hotel many times as it is convenient for what i need to do in this area. As i am a very light sleeper i always ask for a quiet room so i can get a good nights rest. I usually speak with Jesse at the Front Desk and she always hooks me up with this request. Pros (+) Our room was great. And At a great price. Our room was very clean. The housekeepers were very fast and efficient.The balcony was an extra bonus. This hotel is alongside the freeway. Even though our room was next to the freeway we did not hear the traffic from the inside. Nice side view. Pond/ palm trees. check in was easy and quick we were greeted by the front desk immediately upon entering.
Cons (-) The entire property is very clean, the only place I found that was not clean was a fenced in area that if you didn't look down from the balcony you wouldn't see it.
