Pros (+) Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff was pleasant and very helpful.
Cons (-) The blanket had not been changed since last visitor, we had to park in a different area than where our room was, and did not like the door that separated us from the room next door. It did not look secure.

When booking this trip with my daughter, I was a little worried because I had read some awful reviews.
