Pros: Loved the Location. Loved the staff, always helpful and friendly they were phenomenal especially Gus and Sebastian. The spa was amazing!!! TOTALLY RECOMMEND FOR A COUPLES EXPERIENCE.
Cons: The pool staff were not vigilant or helpful, you always had to track someone down for service. The beds and sheets were extremely uncomfortable sadly. The food at the restaurant wasn't as expected and not worth the price.
4,0 Okay
Cons: Supervisor by the pool bar was horrible! Waited for food for 2h after 2h they brought cold food no apology no nothing until we requested at least to say sorry ! Rest of the staff reception and ect was Amazing! But one person can ruin whole stay and for sure we don't have any intention to come back there!

Cons: Exelent servise, location, ambien
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was mostly helpful and always had a smile on their face. The lobby is among the most beautiful spaces I have ever seen in a hotel The rooms are clean and spacious Love the pool and jaqcuzzi. The man made beach was a nice touch
Cons: You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service and the best location, Staff were very friendly and the cleanliness is outstanding, the design inside and outside is fantastic
Cons: Nothing
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Great Staff, great view, very clean, i mean they clean the rooms twice a day, the staff is the best part of this hotel. Will stay there 100000 more times.
Cons: The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice facility with good views
Cons: Poor service. Bellhop no showed and kids had to lug heavy bags. Also we had asked for a taxi to be called and this was not done. Time was tight to catch our flight so this caused anxiety. I had booked this reputable hotel for our Miami transit precisely to avoid such problems. Disappointed. Could have saved a lot of money and booked elsewhere.

Cons: No, I enjoyed the property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The personal attention by the Ritz team on top of everything else about our time there exceptional. It is always well worth the extra cost to stay there.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Best hotel in South Florida. I stay there frequently and am always impressed. Pricey but worth it.
5,0 Okay
Pros: very little. was glad to leave after 4 days
Cons: we have stayed in RITZ CARLTON hotels all over the world - including the one in Naples, Florida. The location on Fort Lauderdale beach was not appropriate for a hotel of this calibre. The restaurant was an expensive nightmare.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was what we expected

9,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet and the staff was amazing!
Cons: The bathroom didn't seem as though it had been thoroughly cleaned.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location to the beach was amazing and the room was very clean and large
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was of a very high standard and fully fitted. All staff encountered during short stay were very polite and helpful. Recommended hotel if visiting the area.
Cons: Possibly pillows were a bit soft for my personal taste but reception may have been able to assist if I’d asked. A small point which did not detract from the stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: The washer and dryer in the room was nice. My view and balcony in room 908. It was quiet as I had to work from the room and that was nice. The staff was amazing from front to housekeeping to engineering. The pool by the bay was nice. Sit out there and work or just enjoy the yachts and boats. The price I paid was worth it to me with some caveats.
Cons: I loved everything about the property but the bed! I have no known back issues. I left with a sore back from their too firm/hard bed! They gave extra pillows but we move at night when sleeping so it didn’t help. I would sleep on the couch. For the money spent that shouldn’t have happened but I liked the in room laundry and overall the place was nice. Just the beds my goodness get new ones or put pillow tops. It’s taken a week and a visit to a chiro to get my back back to feeling normal again. Sadly I won’t go back due to this and trust me I wanted to book again. It’s a really nice place and perhaps just for me the beds are no good. Also one minor complaint the doors by the elevators were always closed seemed odd. Also the hallways were super cold like beyond normal cold and I grew up in Miami and it was just insane to be so cold. I was on the 9th floor. Very quiet room but that bed. Sorry can’t come back due to that and I truly want too. Lastly, the cleaning staff is unaware of how loud they get when cleaning the halls, but again I didn’t complain because I worked from the room and I dunno. I was over it lol.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was perfect. this is what 4 Stars should be! the rooms were perfect, the views were perfect. everything was great. to top it all off, free breakfast can't be beat. :)

Pros: The price. The breakfast spread was great.
Cons: It was quite far from the beach. That should have been clearly expressed in the description. Pool wasn't good at all. Didn't look clean, I wouldn't go in. No free parking is just plain ridiculous.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Room was great comfortable and totally relaxing.
Cons: Restaurant staff were great but the menu and quality of food needs looking at .

Cons: i didn't like the location of the hotel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was large and very comfortable
Cons: had to wait for room past check in time
5,4 Okay
Pros: The location is nice and the hotel is rather comfy. Apart from that...
Cons: - The stuff was totally NOT knowledgeable. Totally NOT 5 stars and definitely not Ritz material :( - It looked like a second-hand Ritz: bath robes with holes in them (literally) and over-used, machines not working properly and a “this is normal thing”- attitude” from the staff about it. When I showed them the bath robe which had holes in it and looked like it had been worn by half the population in the USA, the reaction was: “Do you want us to replace them?”. No apology, no “this usually doesn’t happen”... we were probably the crazy ones who expected Ritz to be, well... Ritz.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The audio video, automation and other technology.
Cons: Number of available staff was lacking. There was no turn down service.
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, modern property in downtown Miami in a central location. Games room.
Cons: Swimming pool is uninviting and mostly in the shade. Wifi is expensive. Wifi is €22 per day or €25 per day per room to include access to the games room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great experience at the Beaux Arts. The room, staff, pool, and other facilities were excellent. We paid a little extra for a room with a view and it was well worth it. The hotel has hip/modern ambiance, but they were very nice to our toddler.
Cons: No, everything was great. Definitely accept the room orientation when you check in though (we initially declined). The room is loaded with high-end electronics that are easy to use after a brief overview.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was comfortable and a perfect location for the Ultra Music Festival - the hotel was a 15 min walk from the entrance and in good location to eat, shop and explore Miami. LaMuse, the cafe across the street, had amazing food.
Cons: The walls were a bit thin as I could hear others talking in the hall or through the walls, but fortunately our neighbours were rather quiet. Also, the slippers they provided squeaked when on the tile - a small thing, but I woke my husband up because of the noise (and if I didn't wear the slippers, the tile felt sticky on my bare feet).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was my favorite part of the hotel. It definitely makes you feel like you are a celebrity. I love the staff as well, very nice and wonderful customer service.
Cons: Nothing at all
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room itself was great, the amenities, the comfort of the furniture and bed as well as the bathroom was impeccable! Although, city view faced another building, standing at the window allowed you to catch a decent enough outlook.
Cons: My only negative comment is that in-room dining was delayed over an hour and I had to cancel my order. Although I understand it was Mother's Day weekend, I feel they could have been adequately prepared.

7,0 Good
Pros: Central location. Beach service and beds were great. Restaurant service inside and out great. Pool nice but very busy.
Cons: Rooms very nosy on city side. Even on 12th floor. Sound proofing was terrible. Check in took an eternity... pull OT sofa beds very uncomfortable and poor quality you could feel the springs. Around the pool on the ground was always soaking and does not drain correctly. Bathrooms at pool small and always wet due to high use.
6,7 Good
Pros: Great location! Nice size rooms and comfortable bed. Great food at patio restaurant.
Cons: The staff was nice but didn’t really follow through. For example, we were a party of friends celebrating a birthday, we asked to be on same floor and called earlier in the week but it wasn’t on the reservations. They told us that they could accommodate our request and if it’s ok with us to move to double bed rooms from king which was actually perfect for us, but then when we got the rooms, they were king after all. - one of the rooms, they forgot about and instead of 4pm check in, we received it closer to 6 (they did let us stay until 1pm when we requested at check out to compensate). -We also asked for champagne or something nice for our friend who was celebrating her 40th and it never arrived. - lastly. One of the rooms wasn’t really clean, we asked 4 times to have the floor swiped again but that never happened until the following day...(they did send someone after the 4th time but they simply did turn down service).

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and food was fantastic!
7,0 Good
Pros: The grounds were phenomenal. The entire place was clean. The staff was friendly. The location was great. The heated pool was incredible. It's right across from the beach. It was great running along the boardwalk each morning.
Cons: The pillows were really flimsy. The bathroom situation was awkward/ not well-designed. There was no balcony. The fitness room wasn't worth much. The mini-fridge had no room whatsoever to put your own items into. Check in was late, which for a short stay was really disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It's on the beach
Cons: Windows are hermetically shut, no fresh air
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nicely appointed room, friendly responsive staff.
Cons: Woke up to hear a drip from the ceiling in the bathroom, right into my toiletry bag :-(. Charging $29 per day for extras I did not use — better to build it in the room fee so it’s transparent.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Design, garden, beach
Cons: Expensive restorant

Pros: Clean and updated
Cons: Service was very slow
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The place was really clean and staff was very friendly. Was there for a batchelor party so we werent the easiest of guests.
8,8 Excellent
Cons: There was a few small things with the television and the maids who did not necessarily pay attention to the “Do Not Disturb Red. Button”. The staff was amazing and I was very impress with their ability to provide the service they possibly could. I worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel and they we’re just as capable of provoking the same service. There was a few discrepancies with the billing but hopefully they will go over the payments and do the right thing?

Pros: The outdoor spaces were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was very nice and convenient--and very well staffed. The common areas of the hotel were very pleasing and comfortable. The coffee maker in the room was convenient. Cooling system was effi
Cons: The room was small and the elevators were somewhat slow. Unfair how guests "save" beach and pool chairs for hours with no one using them--should be some kind of time limitations--at least during very busy periods--such as holidays.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The service by the staff. Appearance of the hotel.

Pros: It's a great hotel. Franchise at front Desk check on is Excellent great personality and accommodating!! The hotel restaurant however needs help desperately!! We just left there and had to wait at our table over an hour before someone came and asked if we had been waited on!! Had to go to make to get a drink!! Then finally someone waited on us!! Terrible Ceaser said with chicken was wilted!! Just to order from time we were seated to the time we left it took 2 hours!!! They need more help at bar and restaurants!! Overall I would rate it a 3 star!!! Get some help at the bar and restaurant!! Replace outdoor patio furniture bird poop all over!! Happy 2020!!
4,0 Okay
Pros: Coffee
Cons: The pool area was way too small for the amount of guests. Could not get a chair. People fight over chairs and reserve them with towels then leave it up to the guests to duke it out. No spa, very limited seating in lobby. Feels more like a Courtyard Marriott.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the location. The staff was awesome. The room was nice and clean and big. Had free bikes to ride on boardwalk. Free chips and two bottles of water a day.
Cons: The pillows were terrible. Each person had two pillows but they were so soft your head would sink down into them and the ends come up over the side of your head. Also I felt that it was very expensive at 400.00 a night. I am a Marriott member but could not get a discount. Also I am a veteran, senior citizen and triple A but could not get a single discount. When two people are retired on a tight budget it hurts to pay so much. My wife and I were there for a run that was suppose to be on the 13th but was cancelled so at last moment had to cancel my other hotel and Marriott was only one with room. So I had to bite the bullet and stay at your hotel. Just wish you would consider at least a veteran discount.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location, location, location! Super convenient to walk the boardwalk or borrow a bicycle. Concierge, guest services, bartender, hotel staff all were great! The daily smoothies, champagne, and snacks are great and certainly help lessen the sting of the $20 convenience fee.
Cons: The hot tub was always full of kids. I wish there was either adult only hours or a second hot tub for adults or 16+. I’m glad it’s a family friendly hotel, as I was there with my older teens, but I didn’t expect so many children in the hot tub all the time, including after 9pm. Also, I was woken up around 5am one morning by a crying baby. My stay at the hotel was anything but relaxing. The food at Latitudes was mediocre. Overall, my expectations for Marriott quality is much higher.

Pros: The view from this hotel is very beautiful. You can watch the morning sunrise from the hotel balcony. The location and the surrounding sea are also satisfying. The staff is friendly.
Cons: I think this hotel should care more about cleanliness. I'm not talking that this hotel is old. The hotel has a lot of black furniture and electronics in the rooms. For this reason, the dust that has accumulated so much here may have been more visible to my eyes. In fact, the hotel is very dusty and proves that they have not been cleaned for a very long time.

Pros: We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We did have an evening meal in the bar which was really nice but extremely expensive
Cons: Coffee machine in room didn't work. The cafe didn't open at all. Had to wait until the restaurant opened to get a hot drink in the morning
8,3 Excellent

Cons: facilities are less valet service slow and not frirndly
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was excellent and comfortable hotel
Cons: The hotel had no shuttle facilities
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are spacious, I like the special touches, the tea sets in the rooms, Netflix and internet access for entertainment. The room service food was delicious, it was obvious the food was made with great care and attention. There is snacks, food and drinks for guests with concierge lounge access in the evenings.
Cons: The wifi was not steady, it comes off and on, this also includes the network service for my mobile phone. The walls are pretty much very thing, we could hear everything happening next door. So if you are the type that sleeps light, this hotel is definitely not for you. The pillows are a no no, they need to upgrade this.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We booked this hotel at the last moment and from the moment we drove into the hotel we were greeted with warm; the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
1,0 Poor
Cons: There were not a room for us. So 4 adults had to sleep in room with king bed and waited hour to get rollaway beds. Being 6.3 and 6.1 it didn’t work out well and ended up sleeping on floor. Very disappointing when you arrive 11pm and cannot sleep.

Pros: Incredibly nice staff, always there, always available, couldn't ask for more. Gave us really good suggestions on restaurants and locations. The location is awesome, a few steps from the beach and in the center of Miami beach's nightlife.
Cons: Honestly, nothing. Doesn't happen often.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was well-appointed and clean. The large balcony and corner room had great views down the street and over the tops of the palm trees. The location was pretty quiet, which is nice, but lots of restaurants and bars and the beach are walkable.
Cons: The bathroom did not have enough counter space. The shower controls were difficult to figure out and hard to adjust. There isn't really a lobby, just an entrance into a restaurant/bar. It almost feels like the hotel is an afterthought.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The location and the restaurants around
Cons: The noise from the construction around
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. We were celebrating our 12yr wedding anniversary. The staff, room, and location was perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist you. Check in and out was a breeze. Room service and the food was great. The beach is right across the street.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect ! Steps away from beach ! Room view was awesome ! Staff was AMAZING!!❤️
Cons: No complaints!!
4,0 Okay
Pros: The restaurant Prime 112
Cons: The hotel accommodations were not reflective of the reputation of Prime. The hotel did not anywhere to store our luggage when we arrived. The luggage was left in the restaurant. In addition, the hotel did not have a sewing kit, which most luxury hotels offer. It was not a good experience. I visited their other restaurants Big Pink and the condensation from the air conditioner kept dripping on me at my table. And on NYE I had reservations at Prime Italian at 8:00pm and was not seated until 10:00pm and the waiter forgot one of the my guests food. It was just a terrible experience.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice, comfortable, modern and clean. Bathroom was modern but not much counter space. Balconies are spacious and a plus. Great location, close to the beach and across from Nikki Beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is open 24 hours.
Cons: The front desk in the restaurant and was a little confusing to find. The bathroom does not have enough counter space and there is no door on the shower so water kept leaking and would end up soaking the floor.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room , newly renovated
Cons: Construction next door

7,4 Good
Pros: Beautiful hotel and pool. Great staff
Cons: Got to the hotel late Sunday night. Not much to do at the hotel during the week.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The pool area made you feel like you were far away on an Island resort
Cons: The room lighting, not enough. Felt like it was cloudy outside bcs the rooms were dark. Need better lighting
7,4 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the pool was great
Cons: The construction work that is going on was woken up at 5am and 6am two days in a row from construction machinery and jackhammering
6,8 Good
Cons: Thought the mattresses were not that firm and comfortable. And if you have a king size bed include king size pillows with the bed . The pillows are so worn and small . Didn't like that the outside venue seemed abandoned not as many shops most things were closed while I was there . Was unaware there was construction. And after talking to a shop employee she said it's been torn up outside for so long and nothing has been done with the space . Definitely not the same fun place I visited several years ago. Seems like the outdoor area is getting rundown.

Pros: Excellent reception and concierge service.
Cons: The coffee and tea service in the mornings was very poor. Breakfast isn't included but coffee and tea were to be available for limited hours in the morning. The coffee and hot water for tea containers were empty for both the mornings I was at the hotel.
6,0 Good
Pros: 3.5 stars at most.
Cons: Nothing in this hotel is 5 star quality. Holiday inn best western are nearly as good.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The price for parking is absolutely ridiculous and the valet staff seem so unorganized. Also there was strand of hair all over the place and I'm a germaphobe.

Pros: The rooms are veg nice
Cons: Room service awful. They send incomplete plates and not reflecting the description of the menu at all. I called to let them know and they said they ran out of ingredients. They sent another plate that was not as described. They charged both.

Pros: Overall conditions
Cons: Dining options at the hotel
5,0 Okay
Pros: Its a 3.5 star hotel at most.
Cons: Friendly staff that talked sweet but delivered very little.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, downtown Miami, is perfect. The staff is very friendly. Rooms have recently been renovated and are very nice and comfy. The bathroom is fantastic with a separate toilet, a walk-in rain-shower, double vanity and a bathtub. I also like the balcony to relax an enjoy the view.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't very good and the restaurant is crowded and very noisy. Unfortunately there's a construction site near the Epic which give lots of noise (also on Saturday) and dust. The waterfront-view will disapear unfortunately due to the new building.

Cons: Unexpected charge for staying at the resort, a resort fee
7,0 Good
Pros: Location, pool area, beach onsite, lazy river, close to bars and restaurants but you need to Uber or get a rental car.
Cons: The room was never cleaned properly during our stay. The hotel staff is mostly very pleasant and helpful but they are severely understaffed. Every day at the pool and down by the beach during our stay there was never enough wait staff , long waits...
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed. Staff was pleasant.
Cons: Decor was a bit dated and worn. Fan in room 706 over bed was noisy.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Directly on the beach.
Cons: There were small ants in the room.
5,0 Okay
Pros: That it was located right on the beach.
Cons: The front desk was not helpful when we wanted a different room. The did not accommodate us when we ask for the same size room but one flight up. Because we were the ice machine and the balcony had a concrete wall that obstructed our view off the ocean.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super accommodating and I loved that the resort fee included towels, umbrellas, and chairs.
Cons: The location was far from the main areas.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room design and space was better than pictures could show.
Cons: I was not expecting a 35.00 dollar added fee for access to swim at pool and beach. I did not get to utilize much since rained half the day.
6,7 Good
Pros: Ocean front location of hotel, amenities (pool was terrific heated and had a lazy river, beach chairs and umbrellas...).
Cons: Be aware !! Hotel charged us 30$ of mini bar use that we never ever touched. We think the staff takes whatever they want from it and charge it on the back of customers. What a pitty... Location of room was not the best next to the staff room where noisy machinery is located. We were hearing a constant machine noise throughout the day and night. If we didn’t face the above issues we would have given a 10/10 for this hotel.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room size. King size oceanfront had beautiful view. Beach staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Dinner music very entertaining. Good breakfast. Parking was a little pricey
Cons: Guests should be provided with a printed site map upon arrival. Guests should also receive some printed information regarding meal times. Several guests arrived for breakfast before 11 am but were told the kitchen was closed before 11 am.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location and the view
Cons: Having to pay Valet to park at the facility

Pros: I loved the location and the staff were awesome. The room I was lovely
Cons: The rooms could do with sound proofing.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: My bag was delayed and delivered at the hotel before I checked out but no one had called me to notify that they received my laggage. That was so weird and not good experience at all
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location near south beach
Cons: Did not offer any free water for room must pay for everything
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, and the roof top pool area was an added bonus.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we had to walk through the Taco restaurant to get to and from our room, also the over night parking was very expensive.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location. Not too noisy street. Rooms were very good isolated. Interior looks very beautiful. Great beds.
Cons: Breakfast was very little choice. We asked for a quiet room, but they gave us one next to the bar, how stupid. We managed to change. Valet parking is available, but our car was too high (7ft), so they just left us with “sorry”. Many quite loud groups of people staying here. Not to relax, just convenient for city exploration.
7,1 Good
Pros: It was ok. Rooms were a lot smaller than they seemed in the photos. Basically our room was a studio apartment. Service was a little slow, often room service wouldn't get to our room until right before dinner, but service in South Beach is slow everywhere. Really the biggest issue was the noise. Next door there is what looks from the outside to be a club and doesn't seem that loud, but the bass and music from it carries into the building and is really really really loud. I sleep like a rock and couldn't get to bed until last call two of our four nights. Maybe it's just a South Beach thing and is unavoidable, but this hotel is alot of money to not be able to sleep soundly through the night. You really can't beat the location though, and the roof pool was also great.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly hotel staff & Excellent location in South Beach.
Cons: The AC in the room that I was initially assigned wasn't functioning. The hotel was very quick to resolve the issue however.

Pros: The Art Deco rooms are lovely - very church. Staff was incredibly heparin and friendly!
Cons: For some reason unable to get room lights to a bright level to see - I guess it’s part of the ambience . The pool area is very worn , but still pretty. Felt sketchy in the elevator at times - is the door going to open ?

Pros: No reading lights by the bed. $25 unexpected surcharge. No proper bar Wouldn’t go back.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Nothimg
Cons: The rooms do not have a bathtub, rooms are not clean until 3 pm, , the hallways are filthy. The lobby is a two or three star property. This is an extremely expensive place that touts as a 5 star property and it is 3 or less
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean and nice size. Great location.
Cons: Room service was a small selection and extremely expensive.
4,6 Okay
Pros: I liked the view and the mirror over the bed.
Cons: The fact that it was a residential property as well which meant there was no fun or good service at the pool. The bathrooms in our room flooded all the time because it is poorly built. There’s no AC or fan to sleep to drown out the crazy traffic and loud noise of the city. Very far away from everything as well.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location, decor and Italian restaurant
Cons: Way too long hallways. Called room service for Ice, never received it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Overall, we had a great time at SLS Brickell. We were welcomed with smiles right away. The staff is very attentive and helpful, Roger was particularly great to us so thank you making us feel at ease the whole time. The hotel is beautiful, the location convenient. There are 2 restaurants, a gym, a pool, a spa so pretty much everything one could look for. The room was beautifully decorated, I loved the balcony and the view. The bathroom was great as well, very modern and minimalist but so functional and practical. Honestly couldn't ask for more. We had a great stay and already planning our next visit.
Cons: The only negative point was probably the noise. Soundproofing wise, there is definitely room for improvement. You hear loud and clear people walking in the hallways, the door closing and opening or the sliding door of the bathroom next door.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Cons: The pool hours and on New Years Eve the noise from the party (and puke in the elevator)

Pros: Amazing view
Cons: Customer service

Pros: Hotel lovely, breakfast ample choice and cater for dietery requirements and restaurant staff knowledge of allergy requirement very good.
Cons: items charged to my account by previous occupant of our room, but still charged and having to call central reservations to sort even though I queried it before we checked out and I was assured I would not be charged till item had been investigated, then an hour after checkout I received my final bill with the item included.
7,9 Good
Pros: It was quiet and clean
Cons: It's a very nice hotel but they don't tell you they are charging you 44 $ for every night your car is parked there til after the fact and, they force you to use valet parking hence the charges they don't mention til after the fact.. There are no snack or drink machines anywhere on the property if you want a soda you have to order it from their bar.. Because of their stupid valet parking requirements I missed the entire reason I came to Fort Lauderdale in the first place. I had VIP meet and greet tickets to the in flames show at culture room down there and had got to the hotel to check in at 5:00 I had to be at the venue at 5:30... Because of being pressed for time I left my tickets in the car... The staff refused to let me go get them from my car or even escort me to my car or retrieve them for me with me telling them the situation... My meet and greet and q&a with the band was over at 6:30 they made me wait for them to bring the car down preventing me from grabbing tickets and ordering uber like I had planned.. I didn't arrive to the venue until after all the VIP was over.. I drove 14 hours for nothing and had to cut my vacation short to make it back to Atlanta to catch the same show here and get to meet in flames. I had already had VIP tickets here to take my friend for her birthday. When I decided to buy for fort Lauderdale I was going to transfer tickets to her and let her take whoever because I was going to stay in fort Lauderdale a few days and enjoy it while I was there but, because I missed the meet and greet I couldn't do that... I didn't want to blow 500$ on VIP ticket packages and not even get to meet the band at all.. So I had to turn around and come back a day after I got there.. It sucked also the desk clerk at check in was basically laughing at my face as she checked me in due to how I dress and keep my hair... Very unprofessional. I will never stay there again
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff were great. Also the pool and beach staff.
Cons: More toilet paper and tissues in the room

Pros: The room was incredible. We received an upgrade that surpassed expectations. The staff is very friendly, courteous and accommodating. Will stay at this Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach everytime i'm in the area. 5 times per year. Cocktails poolside!!!

Cons: Everything was great.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room we had was amazing! It was pretty much a full size apartment with a two bathrooms. The balcony was huge. The pool area was also beautiful.
Cons: The lounge closed at 11pm on a weekend. Very nice accommodations but I would’ve enjoyed staying up later at my hotel instead of having to go to the hotel next door. Completely NOT under the hotels control but the taxes and fees were the highest I’ve ever seen. It was almost equal to the price of one nights stay.
5,0 Okay
Cons: We were not made aware of the $45.00 night valet parking, no self parking
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: You had to pay 45.00 a day for parking
