Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access major attractions and markets. The staff received positive feedback for being friendly, helpful, and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Many guests also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. However, a significant number of reviews highlighted issues with noise, including poor soundproofing, disruptive sounds from other guests, and external noise, which affected sleep quality for some. Value for price was mentioned with mixed feelings, with some finding it reasonable and others less satisfied. Overall, the positives centered around location, service, and cleanliness, while noise was the main drawback.
