5,1 Okay
Pros: Just how close it is to the highway and to the place where the weding we went to was.
Cons: They told us it was a suite, but it was a really weird one. Full glass doors, drapery that is not dark enough for mornings and that doesn't reach the floor, so you think someone is watching you. The first thing you see in the room when you enter is a kitchennette and an extra full size bed, judt in front of the regular bed. It was really a weird room and it was also the first one from the entrance so you can hear the bell ringing each time a guest arrives or leaves. Not a good hotel for its price.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in this hotel is top-notch: the grounds are impeccable; the rooms beautifully decorated and quaint. As a bonus, our room had its own private patio with furniture. The restaurant is a culinary delight, with a large selection of dishes. Everything was delicious and tastefully presented. The spa is a bit small but was good enough for our group of 3 (nobody else was present at the time). The exotic birds walking around the grounds add a very special touch. Best of all, the staff was always courteous, helpful, and anticipated our desires.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: The gardens of the hotel are extensive and beautiful. There are three swimming pools -- and one is heated. The property became very full and noisy due to a large wedding party over the weekend. Our room was toward the back of the property so we were able to avoid the bustle and use an unheated pool that wasn't crowded. However, due to its location, our room did not have Wi-Fi which was an expense and a huge inconvenience. The buffet breakfast/brunch was excellent however the lunch and dinner were a bit disappointing.
Cons: Wi-Fi should be extended to the full property.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed staying in Posada Tlaltenango. It is near to the centre of Cuernavaca and it is a quiet place for just take a rest of the noisy Mexico City. There are two swimming pools, and the best part is that if you take a massage in the spa, you can swim all day in a beautiful private roofed pool, I was swimming all day alone and I didn’t have to share space, I loved it. They have a temazcal too, unfortunately I couldn’t take it, but I had a delicious massage and a facial treatment in the spa, which had playing beautiful and relaxing music. I think I will back for to take the temazcal. There is a big garden, I adored spend time there, where has big trees and makes the place more fresh and beautiful. My room was nice, and the bed was very comfortable, it was clean and very quiet. The staff is very kind and attentive and the service in general was good.
Cons: The food is not the best of the hotel; I was here two days, on September 14 and 15, there was a typical buffet of Mexican food in commemoration of Mexican independence, there were many typical dishes, but I didn't like some of them, I think they could taste better. I would have appreciated that the beer was cold, but it was warm, I didn't like that.

Cons: When I first sat down on the bed, about five cockroaches came running out from under the bed. Disgusting. We gave the front desk a call to report it and they sent up maintenance to clean it up. Maintenance employees told us that they have been trying to get rid of the cockroaches around the hotel. They did not offer discounts or any reimbursement even though we stayed here on a weekend when a room is over $100 USD a night. When we checked out, the lady at the front desk only gave us an apology and said that no one made a report about the cockroaches.

Pros: The garden/restaurant area is an oasis in the city.
Cons: Staff partly over-engaged.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was walking distance to downtown. Room was clean and spacious. Chairs used in room were not comfortable at all. Bed was ok.
Cons: The room next door looked dark and cramped. Hotel was empty while we were there. Would have liked to have been given a choice in room since each is decorated so differently.
7,1 Good
Pros: Clean, good location, close to my bus station. I commute by bus from city to city. Air conditioning was adequate.
Cons: The restaurant was not what would be expected for the prices on the menu, however there were plenty nearby restaurants that were good. My room did not have adequate lighting...was set up for romance I suppose. You share the street with cars not very safe if you a pedestrian for about 75’ . The hotel was in good condition however I noticed minor maintenance repairs that could have been easily remedied such as trimming the bottom of doors so they don’t stick when opening, storing items on the rooftop patio that don’t appear in the internet photos. overall in all fairness the property was an ok value. Just needs better management perhaps to pay attention to small details that can be easily remedied.
7,1 Good
Pros: The Food and the location
Cons: Price vs benefit, the pool
7,9 Good
Pros: Service good. Nice place to sit outside.
Cons: The WiFisignal did not reach the room which is effectively the same as no WiFi. They should not say there is WiFi at the hotel if you can’t access it in your room. Also the food in the restaurant was terrible ( at least at dinner). Can’t say about breakfast.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet Ambiance
Cons: The Wi-Fi in the room was poor
