Pros (+) We stayed at Hilton for 10 days in a junior suite, the room is huge! Especially by U.K. Standards! Very lovely staff.
Cons (-) The hotel is being renovated, our window didn't open and our heater was stuck on high. They fixed it quickly by giving us a fan and sending maintenance first thing in the morning.
