We stayed at Hilton for 10 days in a junior suite, the room is huge! Especially by U.K. Standards! Very lovely staff.
The hotel is being renovated, our window didn't open and our heater was stuck on high. They fixed it quickly by giving us a fan and sending maintenance first thing in the morning.
