Overview

The romantic hotel Kaštel*** is located in the centre of Crikvenica, next to a pebbled beach at the mouth of the river Dubračina. It is situated next to the church by which the city Crikvenica was named. The hotel was opened in 1988, after it had been renovated and converted from a 14th century Paulist monastery. This hotel, that has an aura of history and is located right next to the sea, offers a perfect heaven for those trying to escape from the stresses of everyday life.

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city center, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and facilities. Amenities are often described as lacking, with frequent complaints about the absence of air conditioning, parking, fridges, and other essentials. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests noting unhelpful or unresponsive staff. Overall, while the location and breakfast are strong positives, improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.
