Overall, guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and generally friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as maintenance problems like non-functional pools and dated facilities. The lack of breakfast and problems with amenities like the coffee maker and TV were also noted. While some guests found the rooms comfortable and quiet, others experienced noise, unpleasant smells, and discomfort with beds or furniture. The positive experiences mostly centered around the staff's helpfulness and the ease of access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
