Pros (+) Staff was great except in restaurant where they neglected us and didnt provide food as per menu (so we went to other restaurants for rest of meals during week). Maintenance people were awesome, coming quickly for issues and handling them competently and quickly...electric had not been setup in the new rooms. Elevators were really fast. Shower head was wonderful.
Cons (-) We had renovated room on 7th floor. beautiful minimalistic decor but non functional for traveler. No place to put luggage. Two drawers in closet were only drawers in wwhole place...and one was filled with bibles and brochures. Few surfaces to put items. Asked for luggage rack, was told “there might not be any as everyone was asking. you should use the bench in closet. We are not used to people mov...

Pros (+) Friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) Restaurant service was very slow, staff friendly and attentive. I do not think housekeeping cleaned on our second day. Did bed and fresh towels, but that was it.
