The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and well stocked.
There was nothing about our stay that could have been any better.
Staff was great— with the exception of housekeeping in terms of knowledge of norms and socialization.
Staff was great except in restaurant where they neglected us and didnt provide food as per menu (so we went to other restaurants for rest of meals during week). Maintenance people were awesome, coming quickly for issues and handling them competently and quickly...electric had not been setup in the new rooms. Elevators were really fast. Shower head was wonderful.
We had renovated room on 7th floor. beautiful minimalistic decor but non functional for traveler. No place to put luggage. Two drawers in closet were only drawers in wwhole place...and one was filled with bibles and brochures. Few surfaces to put items. Asked for luggage rack, was told “there might not be any as everyone was asking. you should use the bench in closet. We are not used to people moving in for a week.” If you did use bench for luggage then you cant hang anything in the closet! Bathroom has glass entry door. When get up at night the whole sleeping room is illuminated when you turn bath light on. ..we bought a night light. no towel bars to save towels on except one on shower door by toilet. bathroom entry door is almost impossible to open once you are in bathroom...door is heavy and no handle to speak of. Electric wasnt working...maintenance moved refrig and coffee as the plugs in closet had not been installed correctly. Elevator doors closed so fast, people were getting caught. And they did not respond well to interference as they kept trying to close if you got caught. Requred lots of strength to get them to pop open if you got caught. Made big sell on the beautiful new rooms with big screen tvs but the minimalistic look makes it hard for the traveler. Handles no good for arthritic hands or children, bright lights waking people at night, no place to put things, getting caught by elevators...recommend hotel only for business travelers with a napsack.

Restaurant service was very slow, staff friendly and attentive. I do not think housekeeping cleaned on our second day. Did bed and fresh towels, but that was it.
Overall okay but not what I booked
This hotel was very clean and all the people who I encountered who worked there were very friendly.
I had booked a room with 2 beds expecting that my husband would sleep with one child and I would sleep with the other child. We arrived to find all the rooms with 2 beds were taken and we got a bed and a pull out sofa. It was fine but not super comfortable and not what I had booked. We had driven 8 hours that day and it would have been nice to sleep in a real bed.
