Pros: It was inexpensive. Otherwise, room was so-so.

Cons: Reported stains on carpet present when we arrived, so we wouldn’t be charged for them. All handicapped accessible rooms in rear of complex, furthest location from office and far from ice machine. Unlikely we will return.

Pros: Love love love the smoking rooms. Super close to a 7-11 and also next to a pretty chill little bar if that's your thing. They have a killer king size bed jacuzzi tub suite that's smoking. Mini fridge, microwave and little kitchenette. Not a bad price

Cons: They only have one ashtray in the rooms. Also, they don't offer tea in the room kits. Not a terrible thing, it would just be nice to have them :)

Pros: This is the second time we stayed at this hotel when we were in the area to visit my daughter. You can't beat the price especially with the breakfast included.

Pros: The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and wonderful customer service. The General Manager went well above and beyond what most General Managers do.

Cons: I was extremely upset at an employee who is at the management level. Her customer service is horrible. It was not only horrible towards myself, but I also watched how she interacted with other guests.

Pros: It was close to where I needed to take care of a lot of appointments.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the semi-cleanliness once you get it. It's the things you cant see that will get you. Even after looking at the reviews I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, even checked to make sure there were no visible signs of them. Get rid of your bed bugs, been at places a bit more inexpensive with more cleanliness than this. I haven't been bit my anything in a very long time and as of recent I've had to quarantine all my clothing and baggage and room to ensure that I didn't bring any bed bugs home and that they can't grow within my home. Thanks for nothing. I regret tipping because apparently the cleaning doesn't help with this pest issue. My skin is crawling with disgust. Will never book another stay with motel 6, even if the room was free.
