Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its beautiful and peaceful location, making it an excellent base for exploring the region. Cleanliness was frequently highlighted, with many reviews mentioning well-maintained rooms and public areas. Breakfast received positive remarks for variety and quality, though a few guests noted limited savory options or less fresh bread. The pool and surrounding areas were appreciated for their tranquility and scenic views, despite occasional comments about shallow depth or maintenance. Some guests mentioned dated rooms, noise issues, or uncomfortable beds, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, and many expressed a desire to return.
