Pros: The hotel is situated on a main boulevard only a 10' away from the main tourist area. The room was quiet, clean, provided with every facility. We arrived early in the morning and the lady at the reception was very kind to us and in giving us the room well in advance. Buffet breakfast is excellent

Cons: When we checked in and went to the room the security pass didn't work on the door, after we went back downstairs and came back and accessed the room it had twin beds, rather than a double bed. They changed us into a room with a double bed.

Pros: I've always wanted to stay at this hotel because it looks like one of the best hotels in the city- and I was not disappointed. Staff were very professional and helped with every question I had. Very large and clean matrimonial room with a big bathroom. Location is perfect, super close to everything. Didn't pay for breakfast, but there are lots of options close by. Very happy with the place!

Cons: The rooms where dirty, they were unsafe for children, we've been in the 9 floor with our toddler and the windows were wide open wich it's pretty much illegal to have wide open windows with on protection on a 9 floors when we were wether kids. The elevators on a weekend didn't work, so we had to take the service one. One elevator for the crew and the hosts of 15 floors we had a line of one hour so we got to the breakfast 5 minutes before, while we were serving the server almost taqqle me to tell me my prize didn't include breafast but it was ok, even do they retired everything on the tables and got only some cheese and coffees.15 dolls for that. And the server just stook there stalking us to sign the papers wich we would after enjoying our pity breakfast. They don't provide toilet soaps or nothing, not even a toothbrush. 1 shampoo for people.same as the towels. BTW when we ask to stand for one more night they came in 5 minutes to make us sign then papers......it's a lame 1980, 3 starts hotel.

Cons: There are renovations going on right now. Much needed. The room was very old looking with very, very old and stained carpeting. . I think when this hotel is renovated it will be awesome and more expensive. But compared to other hotels we stayed at for less price, I thought we overpaid. Breakfast, although abundant buffet, was not very healthy. Too many carbohydrates and inexpensive choices. It is a big hotel and how else can they give so many people a free breakfast?

Team of the reception were unprofessional regarding a car rental giving us wrong information about it and afterwards we had to pay more for that without the hotel taking the responsability for the mistake. Cons: The only negative was that I asked reception for a taxi to the airport and got a remis instead. No big deal in the grand scheme of things, but slightly annoying at the time.

Cons: The carpet needs to be changed too old. Also, the floors are creaking it felt like you could fall through the flooring. I asked for an extra pillow they did not have. I asked for a Transformer they didn't have. They really do need to update rooms and carpeting. The reception area looks nice, but the rooms our outdated.
