Pros: Breakfast buffet was great, specially the scrambled eggs. The bed was comfortable with good cotton sheets. Most of the staff was attentive and courteous. Front desk during the week was courteous, but not friendly. Barmaids, specially Patricia, were very pleasant and conversant with varied wines and drinks, the two waitresses, Isabelly and Macarena were good. SibAri Restaurant was ok. The goat dish needed work, waiters attentive but stiff. Very clean floors. Excellent locale for shopping, people watching, not much night life nearby—unimportant to us. Javier, doorman and valet was very helpful.

Pros: The breakfast is good, and a room is spacious, the service is attentive. The massage provided in the spa is very good. The restaurant in the hotel is very good too.
Cons: The hotel is old and it feels, the keys comes with the heavy pendant and you need to leave and pick it from the reception. The pool is very small. The interplay between the exchange rate of the hotel and the requirement to pay by a credit card makes a payment more than it appears at the booking.

Cons: When we checked in and went to the room the security pass didn't work on the door, after we went back downstairs and came back and accessed the room it had twin beds, rather than a double bed. They changed us into a room with a double bed.

Cons: We stayed at this hotel a second time. In our second room there was no apparatus to hear water like in the first. This was important to us because of an injury. When I requested one we were basically ignored.

Pros: The front desk reception spoke excellent English which was very helpful + location was good.The room was very spacious and comfortable and the restaurant well worth a visit.
Cons: There appeared to be maintenance issues in the bathroom like a cracked basin which was coming away from the wall - areas that just looked a little run down

Cons: we were on our vacation we booked junior suite,we expected to had more convinience service, but very bad wifi connection in the room, no Air conditioning for preety hot weather (25 grad), we thought we could chilll by the pool in the night but the swimming pool closed even before 8pm and breakfast wasn't that great.

Cons: The hotel is pretty well if you are not expecting luxury. It's necessary to add air conditioners in the rooms somehow. There is a centralized air conditioning for the whole hotel but for me was not enough.
