Pros (+) Fun to be close to all the Eaton shops and restaurants.
Cons (-) Front desk was very short-“here’s your room key, you can use either elevator.” Signs everywhere for covid cleaning, everything closed off for distancing, yet room was still filthy. Will never stay at this hotel again, there’s no excuse for that lack of care.

Pros (+) The bathroom was very nice and so was the bed!! Room service also!
Cons (-) Too high of a charge for gratuity for just My Husband and I. The room itself was small and pretty basic for the price.
