Pros (+) The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) We did not have a suite, but rather a standard room. There is no housekeeping option--none--during your stay. Small annoyances such as towel bars loose, noisy toilet, etc detract from the experience.

Pros (+) Decent: breakfast, cleanliness, facilities Outstanding: front desk staff, location
Cons (-) Mediocre to poor: room size, comfort (the matresses and pillows were very uncomfortable), shuttle service wasn't running (though the van was parked at the entrance) and we were offered nothing as compensation for having to use Uber where a free shuttle should have been available.
