Very clean and lovely staff.
It is not a dislike but were unaware it was a resort for children. We were 2 adults without any children. It is a very wonderful place for families with children. We enjoyed seeing children but a couple traveling alone might want a more adult atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and really tried. The buffet was simple but good. The staff could benefit from some training and leadership.
The cost of the room itself negatively offset any and everything I enjoyed. The room was nice but ultimately it was just a hotel room with a couple of bunk beds and an extra TV. My spouse arrived late and was left standing in the foyer outside. The deal clerk chose not to contact her to see what was going on. Not acceptable for a $400 + room. We won't bother going back.
Amenities, staff, water park, and overall friendly staff
Coffee pot in room and a freezer
Facility is nice, room was comfortable with a nice bathroom and nice balcony.. food was ok... the kids certainly enjoyed the waterpark..
Only 3 elevators for 10 floor hotel.. parking was also tight but not major deal
The food. The buffet was not good. The room. I paid for Mountain View and got a view of the back lot no mountains My son was not able to get a towel even with a wrist band on no reason a parent should have to get a towel.
