Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, and the wide range of amenities including pools, golf course, and restaurants. Many enjoyed the views, clean rooms, and family-friendly atmosphere. However, several guests were disappointed by high extra fees for parking and resort services, and some noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance in public areas and rooms. While the amenities and staff received positive feedback, concerns about value for price and occasional noise or maintenance issues were common.

Okay

Pros (+) Nice views, nice grounds. Clean room
Cons (-) We were on the first floor and the noise from above was really a problem. We could hear every footstep and the floors creaked loudly when someone above was walking such that it would wake us up. You also hear the tv from the floor above. It was nice to have a/c but the noise from that made sitting on the patio unpleasant.

Cons (-) It was a bit cold and rainy, would love to come back in July or August!

Pros (+) Cheyenne Mountain Resort is a wonderful and relaxing hotel. If you enjoy nice facilities, great tennis, swimming, fitness center and incredible views this is the place for you. If you are looking to impress others stay at the Broadmoor. If you want to save a mint and impress yourself on a really nice facility with friendly staff you will love Cheyenne Mountain Resort.
Cons (-) The restaurant was fine but was longing for an evening dinner that does not center around the buffet line. The wine list was also limited and took the staff 20 minutes to locate two different wines that were on the list.
