Pros (+) Grounds, public spaces & meeting rooms are lovely-5*. Large breakfast buffet with juice bar. Six bottles of water in my room in arrival (thoughtful) but they weren't replenished. Many wedding parties use lobby & grounds for photos-beautiful to see.
Cons (-) My room was in the older (not refurbished) wing and it showed. Water would not turn off completely in shower, closet doors were hard to slide & did not close completely. Safe was locked open & no one showed up to fix it after I called (but it was done by 3rd day).
