Pros (+) The exterior and the lobby.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, there were so many things that we didn't like! The first impression was good as the hotel has a lot of curbside appeal as you pull in and we were looking forward to see our room which was a big disappointment all together! There was no light in the room! All the lights were so dim that we could not read or color with our kid. When we asked for more light, they brought us another lam...

Pros (+) I liked our room with the bed in a separate room for added privacy. I enjoyed the compliment breakfast. The pool area was clean and I throughly enjoyed having all to myself at least for 12 minutes. The appetizers in the bar were really tasty. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Unfortunate there are stairs only and no elevator it limits those who may need the help of a lift.

Pros (+) We stayed overnight and found the hotel very noisy. There was a lot of creaking from the ceiling. We could hear every movement from the floor above us. Sometimes it sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. We were on the first floor.

Pros (+) Staff was prompt and very accommodating. Friendly atmosphere. Allowed us a late check out due to delays at the onsite restaurant. The balcony was a nice added touch.
Cons (-) Rooms and televisions were outdated, however the room was clean. Pool was disappointing.

Pros (+) Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. However, the big picture window in the setting area needs to be replaced. The needed A/C air blew behind the curtains instead of in the room.

Cons (-) No cell service in the area and unusable wifi is unacceptable. Buy another router or two, you don't have enough. It was impossible to plan anything and this caused huge hassles on our trip. It's 2016. get some more routers.
