First let me say that the staff was excellent! The front desk personnel is professional and very friendly. Unfortunately, they are the only positive experience about this hotel. The Four Seasons is very old and you recognize it right away, including the old smell. The room was ok but definitely nothing special. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower temperature fluctuated from luke warm to cold. Finally, the impression from the website and the online photos are that this hotel was located on or near the beach. It was close but not. The pool photos online also did not resemble what was on the property. Bottom line, I’d skip this hotel if you can help it.

Pros:It was close to the port and the staff were friendly.
Cons:Bathroom should have been fully cleansed and tub needed to be re-glazed. Nightly rate should be adjusted down until the rooms in the property are fully up to standard

Pros:One block from the beach. Starbucks in the hotel.
Cons:The pool felt like an afterthought. Very small and basically in the parking garage. Didnt expect to look out of our room to a store. No window to the outside felt weird. Had to pay for parking even as a guest. Found that the hotel smelled like mens cologne everywhere.

Pros:Location was great parking was super easy loved that a Starbucks is on property. Rooms were a decent size.
Cons:Housekeeping was lacking we had to have the sheets changed at check in because they were inside out & ripped. Cleaning person came in second day & dropped off towels & made beds. Didn't take dirty towels ( were on floor) didn't refill toilet paper that was almost complete empty. I felt like if they weren't taking care of what you can see then they probably are not doing such a great job of over all cleaning.

Cons:When I arrived I was told they were overbooked! I had to go to another hotel next door that was not nearly as nice. What made me most angry was that I had called the hotel when I landed and told them I was still coming since it was 9:00pmEST. They said no problem we have your reservation. Then as soon as I walked into the lobby they said Ms. Perz?? There is a maintenance problem with your room so we have you staying at the comfort inn and suites next door. When I went to comfort inn they told me the Four Points accidentally overbooked . So #1 they LIED, #2 they knew this was going to be an issue an hour prior when I called them! They could have at least told me then!

Pros:Had a mix up the first night we stayed before our cruise, and front desk attendant was very rude, the next morning the Front Desk Supervisor was VERY helpful and apologetic! I wish I could remember his name to call the manager of the hotel.

Pros:Our room was nicely sized, neat, clean, and up to date, with the amenities that you would expect from Sheraton. We had a very nice room. The staff was professional and very nice and accommodating. No Issues at all. Not sure where some of the reviews are coming from, but we would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to others. It is connected to the Cocoa Beach Surf Company store (very nice) and a wonderful Restaurant/Grill with huge shark/fish tank, and a Starbucks! - no need to venture outside for coffee if it happens to be raining. Oh, and its next door to Ron Jon! But don't disregard the CBSC...
Cons:The ONLY thing that would make this hotel better, would be if it were closer to, or on the beach. It's not a far walk at all, though, but might be too far for folks with small kids and carrying a ton of stuff. In that event, Alan Shepherd park is about a block away with parking ($10 per day) on the beach, or there are other free park(ing) options nearby as well.

Pros:The only reason they got a 2 was because IF the rooms were clean, it would be a good hotel. And the staff seems nice. Particularly one if the cleaning crew guys whom was very friendly and warm.
Cons:My room was dirty. Not to the immediate eye. There were food remains under the bed, couch and behind the dresser. There was a bottle of cleaner left behind one day on the dresser by my stuff. There was chalky food on the couch. And my key didnt work 2 separate days. I addressed the issues to the Sheraton, I got an email back stating they would address the issues. I got a call from the assistant manager from the Four Points to apologize. I will not stay there again nor recommend it.
