Cons (-) Very difficult to check in, even though the booking requesting cots was on the system visible to both myself and the receptionist a more senior person came and very abruptly demanded proof of my booking before she could give me a room!! And advised that I had not advised them of us bringing kids....despite the written request for 2 cots for 2 x 1 year olds. My husband was in the car with two kids ...

Pros (+) It was a convenient location. Our room backed to construction. You had to open the windows, as there was no air. It was fine for us, because we were very tired. The room was clean. It meet I iur needs.
