Pros (+) Breakfast area was very clean and stocked well. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) There was a cockroach in our room and front staff was on her cell phone at the desk. Had to ask for assistance to get her off of her cell.
Pros (+) All of the rooms and the common areas have been renovated in the last year. It was well done and everything is new and clean. The rooms have quite a bit of space. There are lots of pillows for the beds. The rooms are quiet. The cleaning staff did a nice job.
Cons (-) There are double beds, not queens (even though there is room for queens). The beds were acceptably comfortable, though. A bit on the hard side for my taste, but ok. While we never ran out of hot water, it never really got hot. Warm would be a better description. They need to turn the temperature up on the water heater several degrees.
