Cons (-) Old motel, ants in the room, bathroom didn't flush well, room smelled like Clorox, shady people and staff, they hand a security walking around, and cops regularly patrolled the area.
Pros (+) Relatively cheap. Easy access to freeways.
Cons (-) No free wifi. No "Do Not Disturb" sign. No phone in room so you can't even call down to tell them to leave you alone. You have to go to the front desk each day and ask them to stay out of your room. Not great part of town - there's literally a sign on the building detailing "No drugs, no drug dealers, no prostitution, no weapons..." Yep, I've found that signage often stops these kinds of behaviors...
