Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near shops, restaurants, and historic sites, as well as its cleanliness and comfortable beds. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests noted issues with accessibility, such as the lack of an elevator and challenging stairs, making it less suitable for those with mobility concerns. Some reviews mentioned minor drawbacks like noise, cold water, and the absence of a bar or breakfast, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
