Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and satisfying breakfast options. However, there are recurring complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk, and issues with cleanliness such as dirty carpets and old towels. Some guests also mention problems with room amenities and maintenance, like broken air conditioning and outdated facilities. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a pleasant breakfast experience, improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
