Pros: The room itself was a really nice size. The staff that we did speak to were very nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee, tea and biscuits were topped up, so that was good. Pretty decent shower. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Cons: I asked to move due to the excessive noise from their bar beneath as my room was on the street and they refused to move me it was Halloween and it was 2.30am before I managed to sleep due to the noise levels below.

Pros: The room itself was a really nice size. The staff that we did speak to were very nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee, tea and biscuits were topped up, so that was good. Pretty decent shower. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Cons: The beds are not great. I figit a lot. The springs are so noisy. There is a small mattress topper under the bed sheet, don't look at it though, the yellow patches might put you off. The TV in our room was tiny. Could hardly see or hear it.

Cons: The bed location in the room felt like it was a little off from where the design of the room would have it. As such it was difficult to plug in phone chargers. Other than that it was lovely

Cons: Although breakfast menu good, breakfast 'bar' a little sad - not much Fresh fruit selection. Also room/ conservatory quite warm in the morning - no good for any food left out on 'bar' uncovered/ unchilled.
Also didn't like apparent lack of maintenance in room (no 2); eg plug in sink not working properly; very, very slow drainage from shower plughole - probably almost totally blocked with hair - urghh!!

Cons: Quite specific to our room was that it was separated by a interior door from the next room - great if you have your own children next door maybe. But it needs to be a double door as it just wasn't sound proof and on two of the four nights this mattered! Plus people kept trying to open it from the other side in the middle of the night. A not very complicated fix is needed there. Just some money spent.

Cons: The room was not cleaned before and during our stay, the coffee sachets were not replinished despite asking for some more sachets, there was nowhere on the tiny table to plug in the kettle, one chair in the room, so had to sit on the bed...
