Pros (+) The rooms are fine but nothing spectacular. It's all about the view. Sitting in the window people-watching during the day and enjoying the fireworks at night.
Cons (-) The walk from the lobby to the elevator bays leaves a lot to be desired. It's like walking through a parking garage. The parking rates are ridiculous but at least there in-and-out privileges.
