The room was spacious for downtown. Staff was polite.
Room had broken heat. Took to long to resolve, but once it was fixed (36 hours in) the stay was pleasant. Shared feedback with manager Michelle, and she made no effort to adjust the bill.

All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially the little Hispanic lady in the breakfast room. Breakfast was more than I expected but much appreciated. Room was comfortable, plenty of pillows.
The pull out couch was not comfortable. But the top of the couch was usable.

This a great hotel in general, staff was wonderful and I loved the full sized kitchen. Bed was comfortable and it was decently priced for downtown chicago. The breakfast was suprisingly great. It had a good amount of different varieties. I would definitely stay here again.
I just that it was odd that there was no shower door to close, but it wasn't a big deal.

Location was good. Comfortable rooms. Overall very nice facility.
Mess made with the allocation of funds when I arrived. Unhelpful and no solution approach.
