Pros (+) The hotel accommodations are decent (tv but cable wasn't working, wifi, small fridge/freezer combo, small bathroom with shower tub) but centrally located with about 30 free (first come, first served) parking spaces. Great if you want to do a lot of exploring and not looking to spend much time in your room.
Cons (-) It's a bit run-down, but that's probably why we could afford a hotel in this area.

Pros (+) You can't find a better bargain than the Ohio House Motel. The accommodations aren't anything special, but the price is unbeatable. Clean, comfortable, convenient- all for just over $100.

Pros (+) This hotel is in the thick of downtown. Free parking but you need to get there early in the afternoon. Rooms were good although you can't control the temperature of the room. I would stay there again.

Pros (+) It was reasonably priced and in a good location.
Cons (-) We booked two beds because we had 3 adults staying in the room. Once we got there they only had one queen bed available, which is WAY to small for 3 adults to sleep comfortably, they didn't have roll away beds, so one of use had to sleep on the FLOOR in a hotel that we paid for! We paid money to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR! The front desk person couldn't have cared less about this inconvenience, disinteres...
