Great location. Cute theme for the hotel. The rooms are too techy, light switches are silly, my wife and I both bumped our heads on this sound trumpet in the room decor. The rooms are too is very uncomfortable as there is not a comfortable chair to sit on. The staff was very pleasant throughout the hotel. The restaurant was mediocre at best. Not great hotel breakfasts, dinner was gross!

I have been coming to this hotel for years. The location remains ideal. Service and services are OK as nothing is what it was pre COVID. Find the food and service in the restaurant quite inconsistent and although the front desk staff is nice there is little extra service offered - like an early AM cab to airport. So, not sure if I will return.

Pros (+) The location is great.
Cons (-) The valet service at this hotel is laughable. It’s $65 a night and the valets are pissy and lazy. They won’t even leave their room to come take your car. One of them told me, “it’s too cold.” Another would change my seat and mirrors every time He took the car. He’d never reset them so that’s how I got to start each trip. Horrible.

Pros (+) We just came back from a 3 day 2 night stay in a very different style of Hotel. As we were approached the Hotel Lobby check in desk we saw a robot coming out of the Elevator and park next to the front desk. Her name was Chloe and she delivers stuff to your Room. They have two Robots that attend to your needs really cool. The decorations are very interesting ranging from Modern art to an old librar...

Pros (+) Brand new, super clean, designer chic, with super geeky gadgets in the room and a robot to deliver towels and tooth brushes. The future of what hotels will be like. Highly recommended. Walking distance to the lakefront and all River North Attractions. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Cool bar off the lobby. Very fast elevators.
Cons (-) Because this hotel is new, all the staff are new. They were trying hard, but were not fully into a professional rhythm yet. Check ins and check outs were slightly slower than anticipated.
