Old fashioned luxury but in a welcoming and relaxed environment. Staff could not have been more helpful.
Difficult to select right amount of lighting in the bedroom. Noisy external doors into corridor. We felt reception would benefit from some more comfortable seating.
Fantastic Breakfast, although I couldn't see why there was a charge for the cooked breakfast over the continental as there was far more quantity within the continental breakfast and on the face of it, a higher cost.
Free water in the room, £3.50 for a bottle of water was a little high, should be complimentary
High quality accommodation and service
Beautiful building, amazing staircase and dining room. The staff were lovely, nothing too much trouble. The room was the ultimate in luxury. Nice coffee and tea.
Breakfast was included in our package, but when we turned up for breakfast we were told that cooked food was extra. I thought an omelette for nearly £10 was a bit steep. The continental breakfast was delicious.
The Simon Radley restaurant. Comfort and space with style.
No biscuits with room coffee and tea ! Unclear on car parking arrangement and difficult to find entrance to the multi story car park at the rear of the hotel. Not clear when booked that breakfast inclusion is continental only - extra cost for cooked.
