Pros (+) The hotel has a great location, the room is clean and the bathroom is nice and big. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) I made a one night booking via an E website and when I arrived at the hotel, I extended my stay to two nights on the E website. I even went downstairs to confirm with the reception that they got the booking for the second night, which they did. The next morning I got a phone call to say my booking is cancelled. While I was still in bed in one of the hotel rooms. The hotel just said they were over ...
