Breakfast was good
Room was right next to a generator or something similar so was kept up all night with the noise room 202, also half of the bed had collapsed in the middle which I didn’t notice till my parter pointed it out was a very uncomfortable 2 nights.
Location perfect and safe, secure parking. Food also excellent
No charging points beside the bed
Staff at the hotel were excellent. Parking was convenient and early checking in was useful.
Breakfast wasn’t ideal, really busy with staff stretched, as it was busy we were given a table away from the main breakfast area which hadn’t been cleaned, the floor between our table and the sliding door leading out to the smokers balcony was dirty. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and I have had much better in cheaper hotels, the bacon was a bit undercooked and the egg tiny. The double room was on the smallish side, and the telly was also really small ,(especially as you are more than likely to be watching it from the bed. ) We both felt a bit underwhelmed with the hotel to be honest.
Nice smart hotel, in very good condition, comfortable room, great view from breakfast room on top floor, not too far to walk from city centre. Nice a la carte menu at breakfast.
At breakfast the buffet was somewhat limited (although a la carte menu was good), plates and cutlery were sometimes hard to find and it took a while for ordered dishes to arrive.
central for town. Room excellent.
The restaurants food choice could be better. Some was cold.
