Booked and confirmed a king room but had to take one with 2 queens. Desk insisted I booked 2 queens because of the 'code' - whatever that meant. Towels racks and hooks fell off - simple maintenance ignored. Microwave missing glass plate. +s. Nice pillows in the room. BREAKFAST WAS EXCEPTIONAL!
