Pros (+) Room had microwave and fridge. Location only 5’ from shopping and restaurants.
Cons (-) Tv reception was very bad. Breakfast very basic and not cooked on premises. Bathroom needs a fan for shower steam

Pros (+) Front desk staff were very polite. Room had ammenities listed online and we got exactly what we paid for.
Cons (-) Pool and jacuzzi weren’t open. Definitely a downfall but cannot complain as we only stayed one night.

Pros (+) The lobby was warm and inviting but once past that everything went downhill.
Cons (-) I booked this room through Hotel.com in advance, I usually stay at the Best Western several miles away in Lackawanna NY but it was booked due to a wedding so I wasn't concerned with the switch. The person who checked me in appeared to be training a new employee at the front desk and was very curt and cold. I asked for a room with king size bed and was told there was none available. The queen size bed room we got had an unmade bed. I had to ask for another room.
