Ive never rented from hertz. When I picked up my car they only had a Kia Forte that and he “didn’t have time to clean it” the car had been returned from Vegas. contract was still in the car. I had rented a car to get me to the airport to catch an international flight from SF to India. When I went to pick up my car (2hrs after my scheduled pick up time) they told me they wouldn’t have a car ready for another 6-8 hours! They offered no help whatsoever. Had to end up paying s friend to drive me 7hrs round trip to the airport. Luckily I have good friends!!! I will never rent through Hertz again unless I have absolutely no other option.2,0 Poor

I booked on kayak more than 24 hours in advance. 2 hours before i was supposed to pick up the car they called me to tell me there wouldn’t be one available at the time that i made the reservation. They told me they would call when one was available. They still haven’t called.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

When I got there to pick up, the vehicle was not ready. I even got there a little after the time I put for pick up, in hopes I would be on the road right away. Instead, I had to wait 20 minutes for the vehicle to be properly detailed.7,2 Good

I reserved the car for 10 AM,Due to the coronavirus shelter in place they chose to drop off my car. They told me they would arrive at 10/10:30 but didn’t arrive until 11:15. We walked around the car and the persons left. I put my bags in the trunk and got in the car. There was cigarette ashes in the cupholders and the ac smelled like cigarettes. I called and had them note it. But the lateness with no call. I had to call for an update my self. 10 mins after 10:30 to see where they were. And the cigarettes ashes and smell big turnoff.10,0 Wonderful

Waited in line for an hour to get to the counter due to a lack of counter personnel. Hertz customers were getting their rentals with only a reasonable wait. Counter person sent us to the wrong space for our car. Found it using the remote8,0 Very Good
